I absolutely adore this shop's shawarma – it's delicious and generously portioned. The owner is exceptionally welcoming, and this place truly is the best value for money.
My only chance to have fish and chips w curry sauce before leaving UK and this place was great. Highly recommended.
Fish Station is a fantastic family run spot with a warm, welcoming vibe. The staff are friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home. Their fish is cooked to perfection with a thin, crispy batter that’s just right. Perfect for a casual meal or a quick takeaway. Highly recommended.
We are from Fort Worth, Texas, USA, and this place has the best fish and chips we’ve had since we got here. I ordered a small and it was like an extra large! Food is obviously extremely fresh. We will be back, and we highly recommend this place.
Always friendly and the food is prepared or cooked fresh, apart from items like sausages, battered sausages and a few other options. The fish and chips is most definitely worth the 8 minute wait. I've only given 4 for food as I haven't tried everything on the extensive menu.
The food is excellent. The people - both the staff and the customers - are lovely. In fact, we were short of a couple of £, and every customer in the shop offered to pay for us. The repeat cistomers here are a testimony to the quality and service at this shop. This is the ONLY fish outlet you need to, must, go to in Southampton. They also serve burgers, pies and burgers. Not a bad kebab and chips at all. Not many places seem to do it with thick cut chips. The salad was also nice. Of course it's nothing in comparison to Lis fish place in Derby. The chips were nice but slightly stale and you can tell by preparation time it wasn't totally fresh. But still, not a bad kebab meat and chips.
Fast and friendly staff. Delicious fish. Easy 15 min walk from the cruise ships.
