Service is really fast and food always comes hot and very tasty! Best Pizza Hut I’ve been too, staff are also very nice! Chris was really helpful and friendly! Would definitely recommend.
Chris was amazing serving us, especially at the time of day. We had a serious allergy and Chris was ready to help us in our situation and remove the cheese from our order. 10/10 will definitely order again.
Absolutely disgraceful the way our pizza's turned up. Will never order from here again. Woman on the phone could barely speak English when I tried to explain. Waste of money.
Order #7530268, delivery for 2pm, didn't arrive until 2.20. Pizzas arrived sopping wet, delivery drivers bag had leaked water all over them. Phoned up and they said no delivery until 5pm, but I could collect. I had to pay for parking now to collect my "delivery". The women was the most rude sarcastic customer service representative I've ever dealt with. I asked for my money back for such a shocking and bad experience to which she said no, you can't have pizza and money back. I said okay, refund me the delivery, she replied that she cannot do a refund if delivery but can get me free drink instead, which I didn't want. A delivery driver then arrived and when I asked I thought there's no delivery until 5pm, she sarcastically said there was a glitch with the system. A dreadful employee and a rubbish experience.
Great pizza and good staff, efficient!
Only ordered some Doritos as had a craving and had some tablets to take with food. After waiting an hour and half called the store as got a message delivered. The guy just told me a bunch of lies, firstly quoting the wrong address then all of a sudden fresh in oven then driver is nearly with you. Another half an hour later it arrived stone cold. Would never order again but the customer service is just as bad as pretty much non existent. Wouldn’t even give them a one star but minus ten, I don’t know what’s happened to Pizza Hut but it’s like they don’t care.
Honestly, don't bother absolutely useless, been 2 hours plus, why our app chose those waste of space place I don't know, Brighton hill one never had an issue. Apparently the blokes been on the a339 around the corner from purs for an hour plus. ORDER ELSEWHERE CHECK APP AND MAKE SURE ITS NOT THIS ONE.
Ordered a pizza at 23:03 and it still hadn’t arrived by 23:50. Tried to call but got put on hold and couldn’t speak to anyone. Finally said it arrived at 00:03, but didn’t arrive to my house. Second time I’ve had to deal with this for this restaurant. Won’t be ordering again from here.
This Pizza Hut is without doubt the best I have ever been to. We have moved from the area and used to order in Reading. This Hut has never got an order wrong and always really high quality food. Service always pleasant. Just wanted that noted against this place as I am very impressed.
