I could have walked to the orient, eaten, and walked back in the time my food took to arrive. The food was okay - not anything to write home about. The service however was apocalyptically bad. I wouldn’t bother ordering
Being from California and Seattle, the thing I most miss from the US is good sushi. This place hits the spot. Always fresh, nicely plated with fresh veg, and delivered quickly (using Deliveroo).
This is the first negative review I have ever written, I do not like to bash local business, however... ...delivered half of our food and made no effort to assist despite it being early in the evening and us being 100m from the restaurant. We were left without food nor refund.
We have been ordering from Sakura since they opened. The food is always fresh, tasty, hot and on time.
Whilst I'm sure the food is OK they do not deliver. Pretty disappointing as they are the only Sushi place in Salisbury and they are not located centrally. So if you don't have a car, pickup is tricky. If they brought back a delivery option I'm sure they'd get better reviews.
Ordered online for pickup. We turned up on time, for them to only just start making the food. 55 minutes of waiting and we finally get the food. Won’t be returning
If I could give a zero I would……. this place is quite simple terrible!!! Don’t buy from here at all cost the customer service airs on rude, we were kept waiting for over two hours with no notification there was a delay (we had to keep ringing).
