Shawarma blast pizza was outstanding so is the customer services Great atmosphere with Christmas decorations at this place.
Always brings fresh and hot order. Drivers are polite and friendly. Peri peri drizzle pizza is the best
The pizzas we had were below average for the price. Strong plastic smell from the delivery boxes as we opened them. They were still hot though. The delivery was 20 minutes late. No apology.
Uber eats app messed up our order. Caprinos were very understanding and made sure we had everything on our paid order. Sorry for any confusion and thank you for such delicious food with great customer service and fast delivery.
Best place for pizza in town...all staff are well professional and helpful specially the little girl who helped me with local address and information ..5 stars for all the kitchen staff as well
I have been ordering from Caprinos since last two years. Pizza used to be good but the last two times I ordered, they certainly have dropped their standards. First time I thought may be its a one time thing, I called and spoke to manager who offered another pizza, I refused that, just asked him to ensure Pizzas are of good standard like before. Yesterday I ordered again, had the same issue, soggy pizza, dough tasted like it wasn't cooked properly. Never going to order again from them.
I really appreciate that they have vegan options on their menu, especially since it's not just vegan cheese, but vegan meatballs. It's just a shame that they're poisonous. I ate them 20 minutes after they'd been delivered, and not only was the pizza cold, but the meatballs smelled/tasted a bit funny. I checked them and they had some slime on them that I assumed was vegan cheese. 2 hours of vomiting later, and I think I deduced it was slime mould. Their hygiene level is apparently unsafe.
Ordered the same food every Friday for nearly a year, place our usual Friday order and got a call telling me I had to pay a £4 upgrade fee (listed no where on the website) because I need to swap the tomatoe base to garlic as I can't eat tomato.... I've never had to do this before, but they refused to complete my order unless I paid more. Having already spent £30. Seems silly really to lose a regular customer over a strop.
Dough is strangely dense and when you bite into it, it tastes under cooked or under proved. And somehow all the meat tastes very similar to sea food. To be honest I think most pizza places along the street are better.
