   I used to always use this place over Dominos however, stopped using them years ago as my daughter would only want Dominos pizza, now she's a teenager she's not to bothered so I decided to go back to Pizza Kitchen as their food always used to be great.....OMG what has happened?? Disgusting pizza, tasteless and a mountain of cheese instead of the toppings!! I ordered a Mighty Meaty and it did NOT look or taste like a Mighty Meaty!! The place looked not very clean, and the owner/boss kept fiddling with the pizza's that were going into the pizza oven (Never washed his hands once). Will NEVER return back. My advice would be to go elsewhere!!!

   Excellent quality food, always fresh. Have been ordering from pizza kitchen for a long time now, never been disappointed. Pizzas are amazing, chicken wings are 10/10, Donna is always fresh, burgers are super tasty and loaded fries are generous and delicious. Overall 10/10 keep up the good work!!

   I've always Been a loyal customer to pizza kitchen for years . I've never complained infact it's the best pizza in derby , 2 weeks ago I ordered and didnt recieve a bottle of Fanta or plain chips, I tried to ring straight up to slove this matter but after 33 attempts to get through on the phone I gave up n thought ill just wait till later as it wasn't a big deal ........when I finally got through the manager was rude and ask why I waited 3.5 hours to notify them (wasn't that long) I told him I couldn't get through so just ate what we had before it went cold .... he then said that he would have to check cctv to check that the driver didn't take the pop or chip n call me back next day but 2 weeks on n no phone call ...... I was made to feel like I was lying over a tray chips n bottle ov pop seriously I was only going to say to add it on next time i ordered........ I could understand if I was saying I was missing a whole pizza or chicken but a tray of chips n a bottle pop

   Is pizza kitchen still open? I've tried a number of times lately to order food as this is our favourite pizza takeaway but the phone is never answered. we have ordered from another takeaway. Shame as we prefer these guys. Very disappointed.

   This place is always so confusing.. order food to be delivered ASAP end up waiting an hour and a half, order food to be delivered at a certain time(hour and half) but it gets delivered within 40 mins. Food is good that's why I have gave 3 stars but there is always a problem forgets drinks and delivery.

   The order had an hour and 10 before it was to be delivered. It was still 30 minutes late and the driver walked on foot so the pizza was cold... And then after I showed the driver the app that said my order had been completed at the time it was supposed to be delivered he denied using any sort of tracker and he definitely didn't say it had been delivered when the shop told him to have it delivered by
