I ordered a pizza from Papa John's today and waited 45 minutes for the pizza and it arrived cold and not fresh, it smelled really bad and I went to the store to return it because I didn't want to get sick like last time and now I want you to refund me the money for this pizza to my account, waste of money, service is worthless
Pizza has just turned up stone dead cold it was delivered by Uber eats the driver went past our house in spondon and kept driving he went up to ockbrook turned around and come back down again he then turned into our street and instead of following our delivery instructions he did the total opposite and went the wrong way down our street 5 minutes later he desided to ring us and we had to go out to him we won't be using Papa John's again that's for damn well sure AND I WILL NOT BE RECOMENG THEM TO ANYONE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
Why would you have people on the phone and delivering your food that don't speak English? The food was terrible and it couldn't be easier to get right. Why would Papa Johns have incompetent people ruin a business that has huge potential? Very strange... NO I dont want my money back, I just want what I ordered, on time, cooked properly. How hard can that be?
We spent £60 on pizza delivery. When the food arrived it was raw and inedible. Phoned the shop but they just hung up on me. A total waste of money. This has to be the worst and most unprofessional Papa John's restaurant I have ever used. I do know that I will never be using this restaurant again and I recommend that you do the same. Save you money and go elsewhere.
Had papadiaz and loved it with the garlic dip. Staff was patient enough to clarify and run through the menu with me. I also didn't have to wait too long for a festive season order
Absolutely rubbish service !! Waited over a 1hour 45 mins for our pizzas Tried to ring Chaddesden branch to check where our food was and the phone just rang out! Going to complain to their head office. Very poor franchise!!
Started using papa johns while on holiday in Dorset and preferred it to our local one we used. love there garlic dip and pizza is great
Absolutely terrible. Was told 35 minutes but was over an hour. Hardly any toppings on pizza it might as well have been a margarita. Driver had to be reminded about bottle of pop. Normally order from a different store and never had any problems there so was really disappointed by this store. Will not order from this one again.
