   Even worse than the Reading branch. Embarrassing to call this Korean, you can make better with Uncle Ben's. This is Uncle Ben's standard food. Unwashed and over cooked cheapest rice on the market. It's so simple to get this right, why can't you? Narrow bowls mean you can't reach to the bottom and get the rice so end up eating the topping first then left with wet over cooked mushy rice. The concept is good but recipes terrible. Time to look at your menu and IMPROVE Kokoro!

   First time trying Kokoro wasn't sure what the ordering process was. But went with the Prawn Katsu Curry and rice . Very nice indeed. The only thing I would do differently would be to have the curry sauce separately on the side (if that would be an option they would allow) as it made my prawns soggy. Apart from that the food was so tasty.

   My children love their sushi and katsu, they are always delicious. Today I went to buy some food for my children's lunch, I had to take the dog with me,not knowing that they are not allowed in. The lady at the counter was very helpful and took my order at the door and the looked after my dog until went in and picked it up and paid.

   Lovely gentleman, helped us choose from the many options. He explained well what was in each of the options and even offered me a taster, to help decide. We splurger a little on 2 Hearty bowls plus some sides. The katsu prawn was the softest I've ever had. Delicious!! I only wish we had one closer to home.

   Ordered via Deliveroo, delivered promptly and very well packaged. Both the teriyaki and Korean chilli chicken were tasty and really good sized portions. The steam rice with all the dishes was very tasty and filling. Will definitely be ordering again in the future. Just had our second delivery and was every bit as good as first order. My first time trying Kimchi and I loved it, I do like spicy food so beware if you don’t like spicy food.

   Ordered a large chicken Katsu curry with sticky rice. This can be dry so asked for lots of sauce with it which they always do for me. Today they put a tiny amount of sauce on my food. When I went back to the counter the staff said the that is the portion of sauce and they can’t give more, unless I pay £2 extra for more sauce. This item is already £9 why should I have to pay extra. I could understand if it was meat but its sauce this cost nothing hardly. So I ate my dry lunch but won’t be returning. Take note kokoro by rationing sauce you will be losing lots of £10 sales

   Been here three times now, once with my mum. I was very impressed with the owner the lady is very friendly and has a very professional way with dealing with the customers! The portion sizes are very good they pack a lot into those pots both regular and large. A couple of hot vegan options and a couple of cold vegan options including Kimchi. Could do with one more hot vegan option in my opinion. Food is freshly made and tasty. Seating area has space for 9 people possibly 10 with another chair. Located within the Lexicon town centre. Regular / Large pots are around £7.75 / 8.95 at the time of leaving this review. You can have a choise between rice or noodles as a base with up to two toppings

   Not happy 2nd time of placing and order and paying for the food waiting for them to make, just to be told that a deliver roo order has come in and can I change my order. So again no food from here even tho I had paid a poor service and not acceptable either. Sadly even tho I have eaten here for over a year nearly every week and will not eat here again.

   An excellent choice for a lunchtime snack. I had the large 'mix and match' which is rice or noodles plus two toppings for £8.95. All portions are very generous and one of these was more than enough for two of us. Seating inside and outside. Staff all friendly.
