   I was greeted by a lovely lady called Emily who was very kind and welcoming. She took me through some options before I made a decision and recommended the prawn curry which was absolutely amazing. The sauce was deep flavoursome and felt like a symphony of flavours exploding in my mouth the prawns were the best I’ve ever had they were incredibly juicy and tender with a beautiful batter and the noodles were brilliant aswell. Overall a 10/10 experience and would definitely recommend

   ​I was quite disappointed with my recent visit to the Maidenhead branch. Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to expectations—the chicken and rice felt very dry and didn't seem fresh at all. ​To make matters worse, the meal was largely tasteless and lacked the bold flavors I usually associate with Kokoro. I’ve had much better experiences at other locations, but this visit was a letdown. I likely won't be heading back to this specific branch anytime soon.

   Just bought the Korean chili chicken and soup. The noodles smell like they’ve been sitting out all day and taste sour - definitely not fresh! I’ll never come back to this branch again.

   Very very delicious food. I have been to a few kokoro in the surrounding area and more including Reading, Basingstoke, Windsor and also some in London. This one has thoroughly impressed me though, there is a wide range of food to choose from that is fresh and I could hardly choose. The staff were very friendly and in particular this lady with glasses who works in the evenings when I came in after a long shift of work. She was so kind and made the trip even better that I had to write a review. This is the best Korean/asian food you will get around, so I highly recommend.

   The service was terrible from the very beginning. The lady in there didn’t even say hello, she was just rushing around in the kitchen and suddenly asked us if we were ready. I asked for a mix much, and instead of serving politely, the first thing she did was warn me about the price, which was completely unnecessary since the prices are clearly displayed on the wall. When she served my food, the portion of chicken was extremely small. I asked for more chicken because I know what a normal portion should look like,I’ve been to many Kokoro branches before. Instead of simply adding more and charging me, she dismissed me by saying: ‘I’ve already given you a generous amount, stick with the generous amount I gave you.’ That is not acceptable. She isn’t giving me anything for free;I am paying, and if I want to pay extra for more chicken, I should be able to. On top of all this, the way she spoke was rude, almost like being barked at in the army, and to make matters worse, the food was cold. Absolutely disgusting service.”

   Food has really gone downhill recently, brought sweet chilli chicken one lunchtime , pale and inedible, as for the staff, when i complained, I was totally ignored! The lady looked at me and walked away !

   This place is very 50/50, some days the food is incredible but other days you can see the lack of care. I regularly ordered the Chicken Curry with Rice and it's very tasty and would recommend, never really had a bad experience with that specifically. If you order sushi or katsu etc. you have a 50/50 chance of it being really nice or really bad. Some of my more recent trips have been the latter. I'd still give this place a 4 stars since the curry is amazing and when the sushi is good then it's really nice and filling. Overall price is pretty high but you get great portions so would recommend.

   This place used to be really good however my last trips have been nothing but disappointment. Both times part of my chicken was uncooked. Not sure how they can get this wrong but really not worth your money.

   Sushi was really nice and more reasonably priced compared to others such as YoSushi. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because they had no gluten free soy sauce, they stated it included edamame and there was one included in each box and lastly the avocado was quite hard!
