I booked a family meal for 14 to celebrate my birthday. The food was delicious, the staff attentive and very flexible. I would recommend this small friendly authentic Italian restaurant. Parking was also easy.
Ate here after hearing many strong recommendation from locals. Food is exceptional and fairly priced, service was extremely friendly for our party of 8 including 4 small children, and the atmosphere is incredibly charming. A better dining experience than I've had in many of the high end restaurants in Marlow.
It's my first time here. We took a seat outside, which is chic and comfortable. The staff are friendly, and the meal arrived quickly. The food is decent, with a creative touch. This was my first time trying a pizza with chips on top. Overall, it's reasonably priced with generous portions.
This is a place to visit several times. Fantastic service! One of the best Tiramisu in the UK? I think so. Pizza was good, and not the right dish to give 5 stars as such. Sitting outside was ok, and really the only choice the place was packed inside on a Sunday. And only 19£ for Pizza, soda and dessert. That’s pretty nice:-) And I have to apologise: I forgot to tip! Was so nice talking to the waiter I completely lost track of the usual routine…. Will come back and make this right!
Visited Da Luca Restaurant for lunch with my partner on Saturday, the 23/09/23. The service was very good but the food was just excellent, probably the best Italian food we had in years. It was that good that we cancelled a reservation we had for dinner at a different restaurant in town and went again for dinner. Will definitely come back and recommend it to anyone that enjoys Italian food. P.S. - Be prepared as the portions are very generous
A chance stop on the way home. Superb Italian food in a homely environment with very friendly and accommodating hosts. Best Italian food I have had in the Bucks/Berks area for a long time.
Wow, wow, wow, was so imp with everything about this restaurant. This is a real traditional Italian restaurant run by extremely friendly and hardworking staff. There is a large menu with lot's of choice depending on your tastes. Prices are really competitive especially considering others in the area. Food was delicious, well cooked and tasty. The restaurant is relatively small so I would always reccomend booking a table to gaurnte a place.
We had the most wonderful evening. The food was delicious, the service was great and my husband loved the bread. They couldn't do enough for us, can't wait for a return visit. Unfortunately the food was so good I forgot to take photographs. Skate wing on the specials and it was the best I have ever had.
A hidden gem in Marlow Bottom. Went here on a Saturday late lunch after calling in advance to make a reservation. Every dish we had, from the insalata caprina to the stake and deserts, were great. I saw the good reviews but I wasn't expecting food this good. Wife wanted to order the "goat cheese salad" and I shook my head, but I ordered anyway. What a surprise that was! The combination of the slightly fried soft goat cheese, the zucchini and the seasoning was just wow! Has to be tasted to believe :) The pasta and the gnocchi were cooked perfectly, as one would expect from an Italian restaurant, and the flavours were truly remarkable. My daughter who has the stake said was one of the best she ever tasted. The serving staff couldn't have been more attentive, always asking if we need an extra this or that, and paying attention to the little details. It truly felt like we were back in Italy, eating at one of those little hidden local eateries, where you only find locals who wonder how did these tourists ended up at their favourite spot :) Can't wait to go back and try the other dishes!
