   Great food! Shame one of the waitresses let it down by not handing over both meals to our children, only putting down one and walking off with the other... Had to wait 15 mins for the next one but the manager was great.

   Edit: Second time going there: Jenifer did an amazing job serving us! She was so nice and so quick (thanks to the chefs for that). The food was awesome and specially to celebrate results day it was very worth it! First time going there: Could not have asked for anything better. I am not one to give high reviews but I cannot seem to think of any improvements either! A lovely service with my 2 friends with a very helpful staff who located me to a table and even provided me with an on-the-house meal (which was a very pleasant surprise). The food was to my taste as well and very well plated. It wasn't too crowded or too loud and me and my friends had a lovely time meeting up after months!

   I visited Wagamama Basingstoke today to celebrate my daughter’s Year Five graduation, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The restaurant layout has significantly improved, offering more intimate and comfortable dining spaces, as well as increased toilet facilities, which added to the overall convenience. The menu was varied and vibrant. Every dish we tried was not only delicious but beautifully presented. I was particularly impressed by the expanded range of salads—fresh, flavourful, and satisfying. Although it was a last-minute decision to dine here, I am very glad we chose it. Wagamama truly offers food that nourishes both the body and the soul. Well done to the team—keep up the great work!

   Quite shocked how massive portions are served, was expecting way less and to be fair, this is very pleasant surprise! Delicious food and drinks, offering colorful palette of options. Nicely done indoor seating, outdoor area with overhead heaters keeping you warm if needed. Staff very friendly, polite and helpful. Prices decent. Will be happy to come back again soon!

   I've visited the place with a friend. We had a really nice service and a helpful waiter who was kind enough to advice us on the meals since we have never eaten there before. I was really happy with the food, for a first time I really have to say I had a great experience and planning on coming back. I have to say the menu is really well structured and I like the transparency of vegan / vegetarian options. Again, if you are in town, definitely that's a great place to go. Don't have any negative notes after one visit :)

   I can honestly say this is my favourite restaurant to eat out at! All the staff at the Basingstoke restaurant are so pleasant! They are great with babies and so welcoming and accommodating. The younger staff in particular can’t do enough for you and the manager is very helpful. It’s so refreshing to eat out at a restaurant with such lovely service and great staff! Especially in a world where that seems to be few and far between. Well done team Basingstoke

   One of the best Asian food that you can get, be it Ramen or the rice bowl, they were excellent in taste. The spicy grill chicken ramen was delicious, the broth was good, and has Wonderful balance of flavors. Definitely coming back for more.

   I had a dinner here with a friend, it was a lovely experience indeed. It was my 2nd visit to wagamama and I will always come back. Their menu accommodates everyone, including vegetarians. I ordered grilled prawns in lemon juice with steamed rice. It was so delicious. My friend ordered grilled chicken and noodles and he enjoyed it as well. We had a smoothie drink, and it was lovely. Both the exterior and interior part of the restaurant is neat and sparkling. We came on 19th July, 2022, during the UK heatwave,so it was super hot, the management need to provide fans and air-conditions during summer. The customer service was excellent, we were attended to promptly, and we got exactly what we ordered The food is relatively affordable and good for the price, no regrets. I recommend wagamama, 100%.

   Fast service when it comes to sitting down and the food was so good. The hot chicken katsu was HOT. I loved it so much, really enjoyed my experience. The lychee liqueur drink was really nice as well. The only reason it is a 4 stars is because the food came a bit late.
