I suggest the member of staff called Sarah is taken out of a customer facing role until she learns some manners. This morning whilst my wife was using the self service till for baskets Sarah literally walked in front of her and started using the till. No excuse me. Nothing not a word. When my wife said thatβs a bit rude no apology. All she said was I need to print a receipt. I couldnβt believe it. Such a shame. Spend a lot of money with Tesco and usually the service is great.

At the self-checkout when a staff member walks up behind me and starts singing emo songs in a sarcastic tone. Laughs when I leave. I guess for having long hair? Literal bullying/harassement. Josh you shouldn't be working with the public if you're going to insult them for minding their own business. He should be fired.

There is never enough items I would like to buy because the store is too small to carry the stock. It's no wonder shelves run out and are not restocked. So it means the occasional trip to Asda or Sainsbury's (the access here is abysmal) However on the other hand it's a great convenience store with lots of fresh items that easily beat Aldi or Lidl for quality. I shop here nearly every day because it's the only supermarket near me (not counting Aldi). Fresh bread, milk etc.. The car parking needs direction IN only lanes and OUT only lanes to stop the dangerous drivers that don't realise it's two way.

Hunt the trolley today and clear empty cartons of the shelf to find what you want as they're clearly short of staff. Shortage of some stocks today 13th Feb 23. Must be everyone buying tomatoes for their Valentine. Lol

Itβs better than Burton Tescos however itβs a bit old fashioned for a Tescoβs, no scan as you shop service. That being said itβs a nice enough store and you can get everything you need

I don't frequent this Tesco regularly and glad I don't. Monday 16th of Jan 7.30pm tall blonde lady member of staff at self checkout, takes it on her self to be the self proclaimed carrier bag police with her moodiness when I didn't scan the bag first (expected the option of adding thr number of bags I had used at the end). If you are going to provide self checkouts to limit your staff Tesco please expect the lay man to be able to use them without reprimanding them. I understand its not a well paid or glorious job but you lady ought to stay in bed.

Has a lot of groceries to buy and is a very pleasing store for it's friendly staff.

Store layout is jumbled to the point where even the staff don't know where things are. Small sections of veggie products are mixed randomly with meat products across numerous chillers (just put them in one place!). Prices are illogical with small packs regularly cheaper per weight than large packs. Piped music is irritating and adds to the stress of a visit (can't you play something more upbeat?). Speed of service at the tills is shockingly slow. Oh and recent price rises are so big I've stopped buying many products and just visit for a few items that I can't get elsewhere.
