Nice store with all essential products available, prices are low, and their staff members are also friendly.

Good store with a community feel. Defibrillator by the front door. Coffee, milkshake, and slush machine. The milkshakes are made with real fruit, not syrup. There is even outside seating here. Room for 7.5t and 17.5t vehicles to park, and you can use the delivery parking around the back if there is no room out front. Friendly staff and fast service.

[This review has been edited from 5 star to 1 star. ] It finally happened. After years of defending the staff here and believing the customers were the rude ones, I have had 3 separate occasions in a fortnight where two different members of staff have been so rude to me and my family that I will never, ever, ever shop there again. The staff member principally responsible is named several times in these reviews, so I won't bother stating it again. I would prefer to go without something than ever set foot in this shop again. There's a better one around the corner on Tutbury Avenue. I implore you all to save yourselves and go there instead. They will eventually turn on you too.

Just been into this shop a few hours ago and the member of staff was so rude to a customer, a lovely lady with her son, he tried to buy red bull and the way the situation was dealt with was shocking. When the lady and son had left he was complaining to other customers and moaning about the lady, absolutely disgusted with what I saw, I just walked out and didn’t make a purchase, the male young staff member the. Started shouting out of the shop at the customer and her young son, (he was asking for ID to prove he was 16 to buy and energy drink) so the member of staff thought he was a minor and still acted the way he did. I understand rules are rules but to treat a customer that way, is so so awful, he shouldn’t be in that job. I will never go in there if he is serving.

Whenever I visit this shop, I’m greeted and served by helpful, upbeat and positive staff. Today, they went above and beyond to ensure that my purse was returned to me. It fell out of my bag and I didn’t even know it was missing! Thank you for being so thoughtful and helpful. You’re all stars!

The staff here are so helpful especially Ali and Shannon in the evening. They went above and beyond whilst helping me find a parcel that has gone missing (through no fault of their own).

I love going in this little shop, all the staff are happy and pleasant whether it's first thing in the morning or last thing at night. The very lovely Nush served me this morning with her usual smile, great staff attitude here!!

I have been using this particular coop for Collect+ returns for a while. The staff are always helpful and when I once had a problem (not their fault) they went above and beyond to help me. Thank you

On Saturdays my daughter and I have a ritual whilst waiting for her sister to finish music. We go to this Co-operative store and get chocolate croissants. Today they had run out! We asked if they had any more coming out. The wonderful Clare and her team couldn’t have been more helpful and popped another two in the oven just for us. Amazing, helpful and kind. Thank you!
