   I already make formal complaint today to Tesco headquarters regarding this complaint, but I believe all you should know what is happening in one of stores in Derby Town at Stenson Rd. I entered shop today at 8.20am I bought 4 relentless energy drinks thru self check out, I ask as usual staff who served another tesco staff to approve for me please , she did and I walk out the shop I heard comments she spoke " thank you!, you welcome!, good morning! She speak and make those comments at loud in rude manner , I turn face to her and ask why you are rude to me when I didnt iven speak anything to you , she answer you must say good morning and now get out of store . She started shout be very aggressive and tried touch my body , I answered please do not touch my body , I ask her colleague wich rude lady said is her manager, so I asked her why she allowed on such behaviour , manager started lough and didn't said a word . I asked them for their names , they denied , not wear badges at all , then rude women again aproche me aggressively and said get out shop u barred. I never encountered such behaviour to any shop , not mention I shop this store on daily basis , and I m shocked. I left store shacking, and immediately report this to tesco headquarters. I advise you to check CCTV on 12.10.2023 between at 8.15am and 8.30am you will have visible prove how.ypur staff treating customers , and how manager on shift acted. It's shame to shop to staff and owner .

   A slightly larger Tesco express than the standard stores. The building is an impressive deco affair and has a spacious car park for a local store. The door is slightly narrow but seems to have good access for wheelchairs. The staff were friendly and helpful.
