   Absolutely amazing kebab and chips! Tried now onion rings as well, and they were very very delicious! Ive got one time chicken instead of a lamb, and realised only after I was home. when I mentioned them next time they didnt really say sorry or give something to make it up to me. Of course I already ate it, which wasn't even what I liked at all, and made me feel sad that it wasn't lamb as I was expecting it to be. But I already had my shower in that point after work and was starving, so I had to eat what I had. Next time more of sympathy towards your customers would be nice. But other than that, they are super kind always and place look tidy and kebab is lovely! Best in Woolston

   Surprised at the negative reviews. 1st time ordering here and got shish chicken with salad and large chips. We thoroughly enjoyed it compared to where we normally go in Portsmouth road opposite the cemetery. We had bigger portions of chips chicken and salad than we normally get and tasted good.We return again.

   Tried Efes for the first time recently. The food was really good. However, delivery driver was very rude - we were told 55 mins for delivery so went out for a dog walk round the block, delivery driver came over half hour early and had a go at us saying that he'd been waiting 10 minutes when we arrived back

   Absolutely disgusting customer service. Got sworn at on the phone when I phoned and asked for my requested garlic mayonnaise and salad and got hung up on twice. Would not expect even a conversation, the man on the phone just wanted to argue with me and tell me how much I ‘disrespected his food’

   Ordered a kebab with chilli sauce and salad and paid extra. This is what arrived. No problem I phoned to say they had made a mistake. The woman got angry and abusive and refused to even listen. The kebab was stone cold and inedible and the chips were stuck together. There are much better kebab takeaways in Woolston. I own a local hotel and will tell my customers to avoid. Not the best complaint handling. Maybe a course?
