Always had good experience here, but today pizza was awful , ordered usual favourite, was so different, mainly over greasy cheese, couldn’t detect veg etc
Went in and ordered two large pizzas. I was charged £18. I was told the order would be done in 10-15 mins. When I came back after 15 mins, I was only handed one pizza. They said they’d missed the order and that they’d make the missing one in 10 mins. I asked if the amount I paid was right and was told yes. After I waited 10 mins and went to receive the pizza, I was told I would need to pay another £18, which if I’d known the two large pizzas would amount to £36, I would’ve cancelled it before he’d made it. This is without mentioning the general chaos, understaffing, and lack of any hygiene whatsoever. Never again.
Stale, greasy and rancid. Box was crushed during delivery and left pizza stuck to the lid. The pizza was so greasy it saturated the box and was inedible. The side was stale and burned like they were left over from yesterday and reheated. Wrong dips delivered with order. Never again
Ordered a stuffed crust pizza, took over an hour to arrive and wasn’t even stuffed crust, I paid extra for nothing. Worst part is, it’s not the first time this has happened with these guys.
They used the worst cheese, and the pizza I bought from them was excessively greasy. The worst pizza I've ever had—high-quality ingredients are essential. Will never buying again from them.
My order never arrived I was promised for the order after they delivered to the wrong address and promised to send another pizza after calling and it never arrived absolutely horrible service don’t order.
Absolutely the rudest person I met! Hung up on me and was no help at all! No customer service! Disgusting behaviour for a business
Foods pretty average. The wait for delivery was much longer than stated and the guy taking the order was rude when I checked where my food was when it was late.
Ordered from here a few days ago and the experience was awful. Specified 30 mins but took about an hour with out any notifications or anything. I called up after waiting 50 mins and the guy on the phone was very rude and blunt. The driver seemed nice enough and exhausted too. Also the mobile app for Gogo's is heavily lacking compared to the companies they are trying to compete against. No tracking ability at all
Was told 30mins for delivery which took 1 hour 18mins. Spoke to the driver who had multiple deliveries who was rushed off his feet on account of the boxing and was very apologetic. Food was cold but still giving 4 stars based on the fact that i have used pizza gogo alot and never experienced these problems.
