Food is quite nice, however, the service is terrible. Itβs also really expensive. We had to sit there for about 20 minutes for 1 slice of cake. We also once witnessed our food being left on the counter by the door for about 15 minutes, and this was on a really hot day and there were loads of flies outside, so it got hot and had flies all round it. We therefore couldnβt eat it, we had to ask for new food and the staff were extremely rude and slammed the new food down on the table. I donβt recommend it at all really.

Food was nice but overpriced for what you got. Service was poor as had to get up & find a staff member to provide something which we hadnβt been given although promised when we arrived. Tables with larger parties were looked after but smaller parties were not at all

What a great place for breakfast. You can walk around the nursery and then get a really good breakfast! They do bacon and eggs but also have the most amazing pastries!

Gorgeously decorated interior and friendly staff. The raspberry and chocolate cake was super delicious with a gorgeous fudgy texture, the tangy raspberry splashes throughout were divine! There was a tiny piece of coffee cake left which was perfect for my smaller appetite. The lady on the till offered it to me at a reduced cost which I was so pleased about. The coffee was so delicious and beautifully presented. We didn't have a table number when we ordered so said we would wait and carry our own cake and coffee to a table outside, a friendly waiter said he'd find us anyway and brought it out which was a lovely touch from him! Unfortunately the wasps were out in force today which made sitting in the garden not quite as relaxing as I can imagine it could be. The staff were on top of clearing tables to help with this problem too which was amazing to see! Would be better to have availability of menus a little clearer when arriving.

Iβve been here 3 times; the first time was the best experience for me. The food was fab, great atmosphere and a lovely shop. The two other times were not so good. Today my food was greasy and I had brown lettuce which considered the price one does not expect that at all. As a whole, we enjoy visiting mainly for the atmosphere and because of the bird aviary which overlooks the dining area. We didnβt have any cake today but the display looked amazing!

Quaint little cafe which is well decorated. We went in for a tea and the hope of a tasty treat. It was good to see they has gluten free options, but alas, we are also dairy intolerant and there wasn't an option for us - often the case as it's a very niche set of intolerances. It wasn't particularly busy and some tables had dirty crockery on them the entire time we were there. The high teas looked good - not something we can eat, but they looked good none the less.

We visited the garden centre today, and the Orangery looked like a nice place to get a light lunch. I hasn't read the reviews beforehand, which was a big mistake. When we ordered we were told that there might be a little wait for food, but as we had ordered 3 fairly simple dishes we assumed that it shouldn't take THAT long. 45 minutes later, we were still waiting, so asked a waitress if she could find out how long our food was going to be. She came back and said that it's just being plated up, and we would have it soon. Sure enough, it arrived a few minutes later. We then found that 2 of the 3 dishes were cold, which suggests that they had been hanging around in the kitchen for a while (and could have been served sooner). So, in summary, they relieved us of nearly Β£40, kept us waiting over 45 minutes, and then served 2 cold meals. We won't be going back.

Amazingly cute brunch/lunch/coffee place. Such gorgeous dΓ©cor, very pretty garden centre bits. The food was outstanding! Brunch platter was huge and delicious! Biscoff, pancakes, berries, syrup all beautifully presented. Then eggs Royale which was cooked to perfection. The service was initially very good then quote slow as it got busier. Would 100% recommend! Easy parking, masks recommended indoors.

Very nice ambience, incredibly nice waitress, couldn't have been any more helpful & polite. The only let down was my lunch. The Melting Leek Macaroni had far too much mustard in it!!! There was no mention of mustard in the ingredients. There should have been a herb crust but there was none & the mustard totally overpowered the dish. I wasn't able to eat much of it unfortunately. But on a positive the cake I had for dessert was absolutely scrumptious.

A beautiful place with a lovely afternoon tea. The staff are very friendly and very welcoming. We can see they are extending their facilities so we shall be going back to see the changes they have made and make a couple of garden purchases
