Very good burger and cheesy chips, Very long wait to get it. I came here because I was hungry and had to starve for another 30 mins before I got my burger :(
By far, the worst experience we’ve had in any café. The staff here show zero respect or professionalism. One employee in particular treated us with arrogance and rudeness, as if we were an annoyance—not paying customers. We were polite, respectful, and did nothing wrong, yet were met with hostility. Today was the final straw. I brought a group of well-respected friends from Bahrain, UAE, Oman, and Saudi Arabia—only to be told we were not welcome. No explanation at first, until one staff member finally admitted that “Mohammad (the Syrian)” refused to serve us, based on some unclear complaint from two girls. We’ve never caused a problem—not once. Review the cameras if you care about the truth. What happened was nothing short of discrimination and disgraceful behavior. This is not how any business should treat people. If you care about dignity or being treated like a human being, stay away from this place. They clearly don’t deserve customers—or respect.
I've been coming here for a few years now, and I always get the food with shisha because, honestly, it's the best shisha in Southampton. Lately, I've been hooked on their chicken burgers and loaded fries—they're seriously tasty! Today, I tried adding some onion rings and chicken wings. While I still love the chicken burgers and loaded fries, the wings and onion rings were a bit cold. The wings were still better than Wingstop—meaty and juicy. The onion rings could've been a bit more golden, though. Overall, still a solid spot!
Hi there. So basically I ate at this place in person and it was banging. But second time I ordered from Uber eats. And the food was atrocious. The chicken in the chicken wrap I couldn’t even chew through it, I legit had to just swallow it. And I ordered chicken strips that seemed old or something cause I could barely chew through it was bland for taste when it was supposed to be hot. Please guys do a better job next time cause that’s £16 gone the Bin from me. If I knew this was the food I’d review i would’ve never ever ordered!
Had a takeaway 241 burger with cheesy fries and a coke. I’m a proper burger connoisseur and I’d say this is really up there. 100% worth trying out. Excellent burger

Used to be a regular costumer but today the food was disgusting! The chicken tenders were very dry with no flavor at all, sweet potatoes tasted funny (definitely gone bad). Had to throw it all in the bin. Very disappointed!

Burger burnt, meat black and raw inside, no lettuce or other additives. the driver waited 30 seconds and was appalled. worst food I have ever ordered !!!!!! I do not recommend !!!!!
