We *love* Hello Kitchen, we are based in Hedge End Village so we have 4 Chinese takeaways around us, Hello Kitchen being the furthest away and we *always* ordered from here and collect, the food is ready within 15 minutes, piping hot and absolutely delicious!! I’m salivating thinking about it now! We spent £20-30 per person but we get a feast!
After waiting over an hour for a delivery it was delivered stone cold . The chicken balls were soggy . The crispy well soggy beef was bland , awful texture and clumped together . Paid £37 to be thoroughly disappointed when a Tesco’s Chinese ready meal would have been better .
Unfortunately ordered a delivery an hours wait but a problem but then received a wrong dish. Phone engaged. Emailed them buy no reply even next day. Sweet sour jong long style chicken
Ordered online and then rang as no confirmation of delivery time. I called to confirm and person that answered said delivery would be 90 mins so I cancelled the order on call. No refund has been completed after 3 weeks, even though sent numerous emails.
Have never ordered before and today was my first time and i am more than happy with the service provided, ordered at 5:08 and was at my door by 5:30 food was piping hot will definitely order again, keep up the good work guys
Great food, when they arent 2.5hrs late and you end up collecting it yourself. Such a shame it is always a gamble...
Ordered meal for delivery at 5,45 over internet and advise delivery by 7,29 which is a joke in it self at 7,45 phoned and chased only to be told they had sent email saying would now be 8,15 guess what no email until after I had phoned.moral of this is eat before you order for delivery,ps looking at other reviews has not got any better over the last year
Enjoyed some awesome Chinese food 2 weeks in a row. Good options, tasty and not greasy. Good parking outside. Clean kitchen, friendly staff. Found a new winner

I have been waiting almost 2 hours for food. the phone lines are constantly busy so can not get through to anyone. I have a diabetic 5 year old who has been waiting ages for their dinner. Will not be ordering from here again. Do not recommend. update; finally got through to someone after 2 hours and they tell me they are just starting to cook it now! will be another 20-30 minutes wait! Now have to cook for my son as he already had the insulin for the meal as was promised a time.
