   I’ve been a regular customer for over 4 years, but today was shocking. The girl at reception was unwelcoming, low-energy, and clearly uninterested in customers. First impressions matter, and this one was awful. I’ll take my money elsewhere — there are places with just as good food and staff who actually know how to treat customers.

   I purchased the Chicken and Rice from your Aberdeen King Street location, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The food had a foul smell, and both the rice and chicken seemed undercooked. The taste was unpleasant to the point of making me feel nauseous, it honestly felt like I was eating spoiled or rotten food. I’ve always had a positive impression of Pepe’s and have enjoyed the food in the past, which is why I chose to visit again. However, this experience was completely unexpected and far below the standard I associate with your brand.

   The best place in the neighbourhood to have a good meal. I have tried everything on the menu and most of them are excellent. There’s quite some options to choose from. Peri fries are a must. This is the place to go if you have a spicy palette. I would avoid the cheaper chicken and fish burger and rest all are recommended.
