Denying someone (who asked politely) on a long run some tap water for their bottle “because you’re not a customer” is incredibly rude. It costs you nothing. Kindness is free. The next place I asked said “of course, I’d have to be a terrible person to say no” - exactly.
Golden House in Aberdeen is so poor now. I have ordered duck, but mostly in the box was huge pieces of onion, carrots and green paper. The price is not adequate to food they serve. I will not recommend!
I know credit card companies charge fees, but come on, it’s the 21st century and pretty much everyone else takes credit cards. It’s a really poor customer experience to show up here and then be told can’t buy anything and you need to back out on to the road and find an ATM before you can give The Golden House any business. The menu looked good but after 10 minutes of try to find a working ATM I gave up and ordered a burger on my app at Wetherspoons instead. Think you need to reflect if saving yourself a few pennies on credit card fees is worth it for customers who just give up and go somewhere else.

This take away is an absolute avoid,the delivery drivers dont even come to the door,didn't sit in my garden like one of the other reviews but claimed they had been at my door knocking and ringing the doorbell, I have a dog and if anyone had knocked on my door my dog would have been barking, so blatantly telling lies and using abusive language, phoned to complain and found that the management seemed to think that,that sort of service and treatment was perfectly acceptable, absolute joke of a take away and would never order from them again. Do not order from this take away, unless you enjoy getting treated like a proper mug
I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. My partner and I both loved our dishes, Singapore style vermicelli noodles and sweet and sour king prawn and chow mein .Delivery fee is £2.50 and dishes are reasonably priced. No complaints at all.
