   Shocking workers dont even know how to make a burger? I mean how hard is it then again there’s a reason why they can only work in fast food. Also don’t know the concept to close a box filled with sauce?

   I am writing to make a formal complaint about the service I received at your KFC location. When I approached the counter to place my order, the staff member was Asian guy refused to take my order without giving any explanation. Instead of assisting me, they proceeded to serve the next customer as if I wasn’t there. This was disrespectful, unprofessional, and left me feeling ignored and embarrassed. As a paying customer, I expect fair and courteous service, and what happened was completely unacceptable. I would appreciate it if this issue could be looked into, and I would like to know what steps will be taken to ensure that customers are treated properly in the future. I hope to continue visiting KFC, but this experience has made me reconsider. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.

   Ordered a delivery for six people. Order arrived with three portions of chips missing, water bottle, coleslaw and a popcorn chicken portion half full! So disappointing. Have tried to sort out with kfc, they refer me to deliveroo who say kfc are liable! Back and forth with no help. Waste of time and money

   My wife had a 4 pcs boneless meal from here and was serioulsy unwell for 7-10 days with food poisoning, if I'd looked at the reviews beforehand i wouldn't have gone anywhere near the place! Let alone unfriendly staff and a grobby shop, they need reporting to health and safety standards.

   I recently ordered online in this KFC branch and had a very disappointing experience. The food I received was overcooked, and they did not include any tissues and sauce that are usually provided. To make matters worse, they gave me a warm drink instead of a cold one. Overall, the quality of the food was extremely poor, and this was the worst meal I have ever had.

   TL:DR.... its a KFC but no drive through or tables. Food: as you would expect from KFC Service: as you would expect although perhaps quite on the slow side for ordering so often ques. Building: clean and fairly modern but zero space. No seating really unless you bring your own picnic table and chairs. Drive though: doesn't exist here unless you made your own (don't try this though)

   Every time I have eaten here I always get food poisoning. The food is horrendous and the service stinks. Staff just stare at you as they slowly start cooking food. Also, I've seen rats crawling around the building and by their bins which is very off putting as well.

   This is a good KFC! Some are very variable, but this one serves delicious chicken and equally delicious side items. That said, if someone offers to buy you a KFC from this location it's highly likely your employment will soon be terminated.
