   I live virtually nextdoor an have wanted to try their food for a while...as they have promotional signs for lunch deals.... I had a Chicken Biryani and IT WAS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! SERIOUSLY! The nicest Pakistani Biryani I've EVER HAD BY A COUNTRY MILE! Cooked on the bone, the chicken was so tasty an succulent an juicy. Served with a separate large pot of riata with fresh onion, coriander the Biryani came in a huge takeaway box twice the zise of usual takeaway sized boxes so VERY IMPRESSED with the portion size. I chose a free drink and it was just £7's which is AMAZING VALUE! Anyway, the Biryani was very very tasty an had a lovely background heat that was just right...not too hot an not too mild...the food was delicious and tasted really fresh an authentic too. Lots of Asian food can taste quite generic but this tasted almost homemade...like your mum had cooked it.... seriously tasty! Anyway I could only manage half as there was so much so had the rest for dinner....yum!!! I seriously recommend this place for lunch or dinner....they do breakfast too...and while I was waiting for it to be cooked fresh lots of delivery drivers came in and had to wait as they were really busy so it must be a popular place and I can see why! Where it is located there's 7 other eateries an I've eaten in all of them an Rizoug is the best here along with Istanbul Grill whondonthe best kebabs in Reading so I'm lucky to live nextdoor to such a great place. Anyway as the food was so nice I decided to leave a 5* review as it's the least I can do. Thanks for a great lunch Rizouq!

   I saw the reviews of their Breakfast and went there... But highly highly disappointed. Not one thing we had was good in Desi Breakfast. We r order Lamb Nihari (big regret), halwa puri and naan. The lamb Nihari was biggest disappointment. It was cooked a while ago; not at all fresh. And Microwaved. The taste was not good, appearance was not good. So so much oil. The naan were fresh but it was not that standard naan. I think it was from a dough which had been left for while. The halwa, puri and allu baujiya was Ok. The chana was tasteless... And on top they are serving dine-in disposable take away plastic containers... If you are going to eat in disposable plastic containers... What's the point of going to the restaurant? The service was Ok, the lady was good, but I think she was doing a lot of running the whole kitchen and reception with delivery. Ambience was also it was pretty run down. It may have seen its glory days but now it was à Overall a disappointing breakfast experience. They have better take aways.

   Me and my friend went in and orderd takeaway the asked if it was fresh and the ladie answered with a bad attitude oh yes ofcourse fresh made everyday so I asked for chicken bryani and asked for lamb curry and 4 rotii. When I take the food home unpacked the food the rotii was very sour its like the flour was gone off like we call in our culture kameera atta The chicken bryani had hair in it put me off statight away And the lamb curry had green mould so all food had to be put in the bin no point ringing back up they won't do anything The hygiene itself is really bad

   First experience of Rizouk and what an experience it was. The service was impeccable and the food was delightful. So many flavours that satisfy the senses. This is the difference between Rizouk and many other restaurants offering similar menu, the preparation and the tastes were accute whereas many other establishments are quite bland. I cannot recommend enough. Give it a go, you won’t be disappointed.

   Ordered chicken curry, daal, and chappatis. All made fresh with traditional spices but it arrived partially out of the box, no reflection on the takeaway. Only four stars as the food was too chilly which takes away from the taste. Authentic flavours served, I’d recommend, but with less chilly. Tasted better than it looked, the roti was lovely and soft, daal was tasty.

   Terrible service. They forgot some food of my order. When I called up and told them about it they hung up on me. I then called again to have them hang up again. Terrible service worst I have ever experienced. I then spoke to the manager and asked for a refund for the food that didn’t arrive he said he would process it and never did. Please whatever you do don’t eat here!!! A company like this doesn’t deserve to serve customers.

   Food came cold, samosa chat was terrible, for price like that I'd expect more than 2 pieces of lettuce. It didn't taste fresh. Naan so small it's not even worth 2£. Pepsi must be kept in wrong place , it's off. Tortilla chips with two pieces of tomatoes, really?! If I could I give -10. Definitely will never order again. Out of the list. And will not recommend to no one.

   Great home cooked desi food! One star knocked off as service could be better, on a few occasions order was wrong but to their credit they were quick to correct. Prices reasonable too.

   Very disgusting service, no good customer service as well. Food was not fresh, given out date kebabs, uncooked burger. I would not recommend, they need more staff for cleaning if need so I have number for cleaning service
