I am very disappointed with long delay in receiving our carry out order on Saturday evening 14th June 2025 Meals were ordered via telephone at 18:15 hours for delivery to Watson 53 Danestone Terrace, Bridge of Don, I requested delivery as close to 19:00 hours as possible. At 19:36 I telephoned and asked where our order was, I was told it was still in the kitchen awaiting your delivery driver and told it would be delivered soon At 20:11 I telephoned and asked where our order was, I was told it would be leaving the kitchen soon and would be delivered as soon as possible Our order was delivered at 20:34, this was 2 hours & 19 minutes after order was placed ! The delivery bag had leaked food from one of the containers in the bag, additionally the food was not hot only warm This is very disappointing. Regards Eric Watson

Organised my Dad's 70th birthday party. The Stead Inn is now under new owners. They put on a fantastic hot and cold buffet of the standard traditional party food and some delishious Indian treats and sauces. Everyone was impressed with the food. The DJ was great and played a veriaty of music to suit all tastes. Enjoyable evening had by all.

Went here for a meal, drinks and to see The Bash Street Kids cover band. Started off with some locally produced Potterton beers and lager from Bodachra Brewing. We all had a taste of whatever we all had ordered and I found the Citrus Gold to be the one for me. Ordered up food from the menu and sank a few more beers. The menu is only a couple of pages and is traditional pub grub. I opted for a Chicken Maryland and it was great. Really enjoyed it. Only small gripe was that we had a bit of a wait but it was quite busy so it's to be expected. Staff are a great laugh and really helpful and friendly. Overall, a great cosy bar with friendly staff, great food and drink. I highly recommend after my experience.
