Just had a delicious dinner with my husband and 6 year old daughter. I had the scallops to start and Hake for main and it was such a yummy meal. Staff were really friendly and welcoming too, we'll definitely come back and recommend to others!
We had our anniversary dinner last night. The restaurant was really busy but that didn’t make the service slower, John and Holly were really attentive and helpful. I had sea bass and it was to die for, my husband had gluten free garlic bread and Milanese. As an Italian I never trust Italian restaurants abroad but this one absolutely surprised me. Will be definitely back. Grazie mille!
One of my worst experiences with Italian food was at this restaurant — and on my birthday, of all days! I had read in the news that this place had been chosen as the best Italian restaurant, and since we love Italian cuisine, we decided to go there for my birthday dinner. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing, but the wait time for our food was about 1 hour and 15 minutes — on a quiet night with only four tables occupied. When the food finally arrived, it was honestly one of the worst lasagna and pasta dishes I’ve ever tasted. In fact, we couldn’t even finish them.
Came here for a birthday meal and the service and the food was incredible. They were very attentive to our needs and my food allergies. We hadn’t mentioned it that it was my birthday but after overhearing the fact they bought out a little cake. Very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend.
LUSSO BRUNCH!! Yes please! What an event! So much delicious food, served as a buffet which gets constantly replenished and stunning cocktails. Service was great, always being asked if we wanted more drinks. The Saxophonist was a trooper. We had a hen party and he entertained us well! The restaurant also let us decorate the table which made it extra special for our bride to be.
Came here for the famous Sunday lunch menu, very well prepared food and lovely, friendly service with a smile! Fantastic view out of the main window overlooking the marina and live music playing subtly in the background gave the whole experience a warm, relaxed atmosphere. An upmarket experience for a reasonable price considering the location, will be exceptional in the summer months!
Our son got married on 21st January and we had been struggling to find a venue when a friend suggested we look at Figurati. We went for a Sunday lunch (which was very good and thoroughly recommended) to see what we thought of the place and immediately fell in love with the actual venue and the location right next to the marina in Ocean Village. From our first approach to them about holding the wedding there, right through to the event itself, the staff could not have been more friendly, helpful and accommodating. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them and, having told them what our budget was, they worked with us to achieve that and the bill for the event was exactly what was agreed, no nasty surprises. There was 60 people at the meal and the venue is a perfect size for that number, although it could have accommodated more if needed, and we had about 100 for the evening when the tables had been moved back to provide a dance floor. They were able to provide the DJ and we could have had live music if we wanted. The food was excellent and the portions were enormous, there was no chance of anybody being hungry! There were good number of staff working so the service could not be faulted. Additional food (pizzas) was provided later in the evening which went down really well. With the location being next to the marina we were able to get some great wedding photographs as well. Overall we had a brilliant day and this was in no small way down to the part played by Figurati and their staff. Thank you all for everything that you did for us. Having had a couple of meals there, and now a wedding reception, I would definitely recommend this place for both.
Went there to celebrate our 9th year anniversary with my wife. The place wasn't that easy to find, but it absolutely worth the wandering around. The interiors are clean, neat and tastefully furnished and decorated, the staff are very friendly. The wait time wasn't long and all the dishes tasted like a piece of heaven. I, a hungarian man, was personally were pleased to see a very good hungarian sweet wine (Tokai Furmint) on the menu. Both of us were very happy with the restaurant and we will definitely visit it again in the future.
An absolutely incredible roast dinner. Safe to say it's the best in Southampton bar none. Were very much looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended.
Great location looking out over the Marina menu has some classic Italian favourites all cooked superbly and presentation is superb. Make sure you leave room for the pudding's. Great new addition to Ocean Village.
