    Would give it a zero. I am absolutely appalled and angry at your uneducated employee that served me today. It was a white British male with glasses. I walked in with my son. My son asked for a sub. I asked the worker to ensure he gives us the foot long and cut it in half for 2 seperate subs. He would not listen to me and started to attack me before even letting finish my sentence saying they do it at the end. I tried to say to him to let me finish my sentence and he was rude and aggressive. When it came to the end, he just wrapped it as one. I asked him why as I told him to and he won’t listen. He cut me off rudely and said we cannot due to stock control!!!! I wanted 2 seperate sandwiches for 2 seperate kids and he was rude to argue. I will not be going back here. Teach him some manners as he does not have any customer service skills. I thought subways makes sandwiches to cater for us??? I wish this to be dealt with and responded to otherwise will take it further. I feel he judged us straight away as he did not like the way we looked as we are Asian. When I told them in asda about it, they said they are rude to alot of people of colour or kids. No wonder the shop is empty. Looking at the reviews you do not take your customers reviews seriously.

    The food was okay, but the worker that served us was clearly not well versed in customer service. My little brother (16) has autism, and has the tendency to stumble over his words and mumble slightly. The worker had no patience, and was continuously rolling his eyes, sighing and asking me to speak for him. This knocked his confidence slightly, which is disheartening because this is one of the first times he ordered for himself. I even tried cracking a few jokes to show we weren’t being intentionally rude (if that’s how we came off), but the worker couldn’t even crack a smile. Not a great experience.

    ⭐ 1/5 – Rude, Unhelpful, and Unhygienic Service I went into Subway recently and had a really disappointing experience from start to finish. When I asked what the bread on the bottom was (because it looked different), the woman just said, “It’s the same bread as the top,” even though it clearly wasn’t. I ordered a Chicken Tikka sub and asked if the vegan cheese was lactose-free. Instead of answering, the female staff member just pointed to a QR code on the glass without giving me any actual information. I get that they’re trained to do that, but it would’ve helped if she at least knew what was on it or took a second to read it herself. It’s not like I’d die from eating cheese — I’m just lactose intolerant and can get a sore stomach. And obviously, I’m not vegan if I’m ordering Chicken Tikka. The male staff member (wearing glasses) started making my sandwich without gloves, and neither did the woman, which is unhygienic. When I asked for extra mayonnaise, he replied quite rudely, “You only get three lines of mayonnaise,” and added that if I wanted more, I’d have to pay extra. I’ve been to other Subways plenty of times before and never been spoken to like that over something so minor. Then, when I was paying, the woman asked if I wanted a meal deal. I said yes and chose the Oreo muffin. The guy immediately cut in again with, “That’s not part of the meal deal, mate,” in the same rude tone. But when I paid, it actually did come off in the meal deal, so he was giving out the wrong information too. The woman also clearly struggled with English — I had to repeat parts of my order multiple times before she understood. The whole experience felt cold and defensive, like they thought I was a mystery shopper just for asking normal questions. Overall, the service was rude, careless, and unhygienic. Neither staff member seemed to care about customers or even know their own products. Really poor experience — I won’t be returning to that branch. Thanks for reading!

    Staff member was unhelpful and didn't listen properly, tried to order 2, 6-inch and I got snapped at to wait when trying to say the second order, then at the salad asked for lettuce on chicken tikka and he missed it so after getting snapped at for ordering too fast for him I didn't think the lettuce was worth it!

    5/5 – Best Subway Experience Ever! I had the best experience at this Subway! I bought 3 footlongs, and each one was made perfectly. The manger who prepared my order was incredibly professional, fast, and friendly. She paid close attention to every detail, made sure everything was fresh, and had such a positive attitude—it truly made my day. The service was outstanding from the moment I walked in. The place was clean, well-organized, and had a welcoming vibe. You can tell the staff take pride in what they do. It's rare to find this level of care and consistency at a fast-food location. I highly recommend this Subway to anyone looking for quality food and excellent service. I’ll definitely be coming back—this is now my go-to Subway location!

    Very poor, staff ignore you as they are busy with online orders, don’t even acknowledge your present in the store. My sandwich was made very poorly, all fillings in the middle a good 2 inches away from either side. When passed onto the cashier they kept up the traits of ignoring customers but was eventually greeted with “well what is it” as the first words spoken was then rung up and just stared at not a single word spoken until I waved the card at the payment device. If it wasn’t for school kids I can’t imagine this place would be around much longer with this level of service

    They have put cucumbers on my partners sandwich (without them being asked for) multiple times without them being asked for. They are intolerant to them. Either they cannot read an order or are deliberately ignoring them.

    Just waited with other customers in a queue for almost 20 minutes at Subway Dyce Aberdeen without even being acknowledged by dear sir highness behind the counter! He was just slowly preparing sandwiches for delivery not bothering about anybody waiting in store!!! This was bad enough for me to leave and go to a KFC nearby.
