I ordered my food at 23.00 on uber eats. It was accepted and started to be prepared... was then later told it will be delivered by their own staff..... I am currently STILL waiting at 02.19am for food to arrive. Not able to cancel through the app. Or even get gold of them. Bloody ridiculous. Will never ever be using them again thats for sure.!!!
Well I like the food here it's good but recently the service is appalling. Call for a delivery at 6.11 pm called to find out where is was at 7.10 told its on its way. Call at 7.30 is out for delivery. 8.12 it turned up .I tried to call 7 times to cancel but they kept putting the phone down. I didn't take the meal and told them I won't be using them again..A shame really because it's good food.
I would have given 0 stars if possible …..I ordered and still didn’t receive the order after 2 hours . When I called the restaurant they have been telling the driver is on his way for 1 hour and it is just 5mins to my location from the restaurant. The staff attending the call from the restaurant says it takes time to prepare the order which is more than 2 hours which I dont understand.absolutely ridiculous and will never recommend .
Service : I would actually rate this 0 stars if I could . The service is awful we ordered our food at 10pm after saying it would arrive with in the hour we decided to call the store which we got told it would be 5 minutes , 40 minutes go by and we try to call again but no one picks up, it gets to 2am and we eventually get through to them . We get told 5 minutes again my partner says you said that hours ago so when will it be here please and the man says “ok so” so my partner says well it’s not ok and he ends the phone on us . The staff are very rude and unprofessional. I don’t usually complain about things like this as I understand on a Saturday night things can be busy but the fact it took us 4 hours to get through to them to find out where our food is , is absolutely ridiculous. We will never be ordering from here again. We also ordered for a group of friends which actually had to leave and go home so unfortunately they missed out on their food and wasted their money massively as it took way to long. Food : it’s now 10 am the next day and our food never even arrived , we have also been refused a refund. If I was you save your money … and not waste your time here
I ordered a vegetarian paneer makhani with 2 parathas and I received a curry with prawns. When I called the restaurant, they apologised but also tried to justify the mistake saying “it’s only the prawns that are non vegetarian“. Quite frankly, this is appalling and it seems to me that dietary restrictions aren’t taken seriously. If any of you do have dietary restrictions or intolerances, I would strongly think twice before ordering.
Great food and excellent staff. If you are looking for desi food , this is the place you should go. I ordered takeaway - Cheese naan, Mashroom Bhaji and Paneer tikka and was very glad that food came on-time and was quite hot. Highly recommend.
Best curry ever and lovely people, they know already my irder and they recognize me, very nice love it! We always go for a soinach lamb curry: lamb saag, peswhwari nan, garlic nan, and pilau rice! They add free poppadoms for us too! Really recommend!
Personally I did read the reviews after I ordered and I was a bit concerned to see some of the comments, I ordered my food on Uber Eats and I got chicken tikka and some paratha on the side. The chicken itself was cooked perfectly, wasn't too spicy but not too mild either and the paratha was surprisingly good considering it had been delivered. Would I order again? Probably, but it would help if the restaurant owners replied to some of the reviews and made sure to take in feedback.
Ordered the Hyderabadi Chicken Biriyani and Chicken 65. Although both weren't really traditional/similar to others. The flavours were there and the dish wasn't too bad.
I was in the mood for some Indian fried rice, so I ordered two schezwan fried rice from this restaurant. That night, I opened both packs of fried rice and everything was OK. I chose to consume the second pack the next day because one pack was more than enough. The next day I decided to have it for lunch so I was about the heat it up in the microwave and I discovered a foul white liquid in the pack. I will never order from them again.
