   I am a regular customer, but what I saw during my last visit was extremely disturbing. The same staff member who was making dough and bread handled coins to give change, then immediately went back to preparing food without washing his hands or wearing gloves. Coins are extremely dirty and can carry germs and viruses that may cause food poisoning and illnesses such as Hepatitis A. Seeing this after I had already eaten made me feel sick to my stomach. This is a serious hygiene and food safety issue. Management needs to ensure proper handwashing and food safety practices at all times. Customers deserve better.

   During my recent visit to Biryani Boyzz in Reading, I had the opportunity to try their masala fish and biryani. Both dishes were delicious, but the masala fish, in particular, stood out as exceptionally flavourful and expertly prepared. The portions were satisfying, and the pricing was quite reasonable given the quality. The restaurant maintains a clean, comfortable atmosphere, contributing to an enjoyable dining experience. The staff were courteous, helpful, and consistently welcoming, serving with genuine smiles. Overall, Biryani Boyzz offers excellent food, great value, and warm hospitality. I would readily recommend it to students and colleagues seeking authentic, well-prepared meals.

   I cannot recommend Biryani Boyzz enough! The food was absolutely amazing full of flavour and perfectly cooked. We were even given more food than expected, on the house, which was such a generous touch. From start to finish, everything was flawless. Communication was excellent, and they even allowed us to sample the food beforehand, which really showed how much they care about their customers. Faisal and Ibrahim were incredibly accommodating, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Their customer service is truly 10/10. Not only was the catering top quality, but the pricing was also very reasonable for the standard provided. Honestly, they are probably the best Asian caterers in Reading. I’ll definitely be using Biryani Boyzz again for future events and will be recommending them to everyone. Thank you for making everything perfect!

   We were in Reading for a couple of days and decided to try Biryani Boyzz on the first night. It definitely did not disappoint and within 2 days we came here 4 times!! The food is great, really delicious and the portions are great. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Given the deliciousness of the food the price is really really reasonable.

   Tried their biryani, it's pretty average. The masala component seems to be lacking and the rice to meat ratio in my takeaway was pretty poor. It's alright value for money but don't expect to have your mind or taste buds blown.

   Very good service and very tasty biryani which was a nice portion. Lots of options. Seating available and toilets available which may a bit difficult for elderly and kids to get as it's located downstairs. located on high Street with lots of parking on pay by app, bus stops very close by.

   Not impressed at all. When you walk in, the prices are displayed.......nowhere! Except behind the counter where you can't see them! I paid three quid for a chicken biryani with a ton of rice and ONE SOLITARY DRUMSTICK. I asked for a portion of daal only to discover that it costs FIVE pounds. Really? Five pounds for something that is batch cooked and has to be microwaved? I mentioned that the prices weren't displayed, and the guy said "if you'd asked me for the leaflet I could have given it to you". DUDE, put the leaflets out so people DON'T HAVE TO ask...... (Edit: I did feel a bit uncomfortable about leaving a negative review, but then I thought hold on, this is a commercial undertaking! When anyone holds themselves out to the local community, offering a product or service, they are in business to make a profit. As such, the product/service MUST be of suitable quality, and if it is not, it is not. Simple as that.) I won't be taking a chance on it again, only to get the same pain in the proverbial.
