   We got a delivery which you expect it to be different from being in the restaurant, we have ordered a few times and there has never been an issue! How ever this time the food was cold, the Samoa’s was so spicy I couldn’t eat it and the onion bonjai was burnt and to hard to eat

   For the people that actually care about great tasting food this place is awful, one of the worst I’ve had, this isn’t based on hate or anything. It’s just bad, they can’t cook. Theyll even serve you flat drinks that taste like they’ve been opened for a week. I would never recommend it to anyone that appreciates cuisine and craftsmanship.

   Has a meal at the Agra Bali this evening. Was very impressed with the warm welcome and excellent friendly service provided. Food was good and made even better by the level of service we received. I have not been to the restaurant in about 25 years, but so pleased I went this evening and will defiantly return.

   I have been using the Agra for over 3 years now, and the food is always superb. When dining in we are always made to feel welcome and well looked after by the friendly polite staff. Deliveries are nearly always prompt and earlier than advised.

   I would say this was the worst Indian I have ever had. 45 mins late, phoned and they said it's on its way, 20 mins later it turned up. I can bike it in 15 mins. The food was lukewarm but I was hungry after waiting 45 mins. The food had not taste, it was bland absolutely no flavour. The onion bhaji was flat like a pancake and again did not taste that good. The samosas were rubbish. Ordered the keema and cheese naan and it was a naan with 1 bit of keema with a handful of cheese. Only tried because the 20%discount will not try again. Go to Chinham Tandoori 100 times better.

   Used before and was good and delivered to us fine, but today used for dinner, ordered online and the website said that we were out of their delivery area but we could continue for a fee of £3.00 which was fine. It said it should be between 6.45 and 7.00, at 7.15 it was still not here so we rang and they said they did not realise how far out we were and they were going to call us to explain but they did not ,and as they accepted it they were going to honour it. They said it would be OK to order again but only on weekends. 5 minutes later the delivery driver arrived and handed us the food and said manager said do not order from us again which we found very rude service, so don't worry we will not use you again. Food was OK though, chicken quite dry though.
