Furious as I intended to say no to Charity request on keypad and assistant couldn’t reset it. I choose my own charities and don’t want to be made to donate when I simply want a coffee.

I visited today and I met Chloe. She was very professional and friendly. She was doing a lot of work even when answering my questions as she wanted to make sure everything was perfectly clean. Great coffee and customer service I couldn't ask for more. She also mentioned that she really enjoys working here which is very important. Thank you very much for looking after me. Michael

Just had a lovely break at this coffee shop at Donington Services M1. The service was simply amazing Rachel is so friendly and professional, acknowledged and greeted us with a big smile and wished us a safe journey as we left. Service was fast and efficient, coffee was perfect. Would highly recommend Pret A Manger compared to the other coffee shop at these services.

Shockingly bad coffee. I have tasted better instant. How can Pret be so bad now, when it used to be all about great coffee and great service ? Gone way downhill since the free coffee scheme came in. Won’t be choosing Pret again anytime soon. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere, anywhere. Vile. Coffee went in the bin. £3.80 literally thrown away.

Hopeless 11.45 am and virtually nothing available

Always a good sandwich across the Pret chain from North to South. The coffee however is never consistent in taste. Oatmilk late' extra hot and wet is never ever the same, either at the same outlet or a different outlet. My coffee is consistently unreliable in taste and texture. Sometimes, nice and oaty, other times very watered down. It's not a cheap drink. Will higher management take note. Use the same barista edition oatmilk in every outlet and make sure staff can actually deliver a decent coffee.

More expensive than a standard Prêt because it’s in a motorway service station. Also, they don’t do the coffee subscription for some reason. Would be 5 stars if these issues were addressed.
