    Store has a good variety and quality food and other household items, excellent parking for disabled and easy access, store flooring is a bit dated inside. Looks like some of the staff need a customer service course as a bit rude, not sure if want to go back, one of the staff nearly walked into me when clearing the small baskets and I have disability with walking, no apology might has well have no been there, delay with paying on self tills for authorisation wait, no apology or anything for waiting, do the staff not know we are customers?

    Parking layout made me lough the first time I visited :) Besides that, it's a well stocked Sainsbury with an Argos inside.

    Awkward car park and when you finally park your car for your shop there's hardly any items in stock. The variety is very limited and low & cherry on the cake is sky vip rewards in the form on weekly treats are never available at this store.

    Car park problematic when walking as cars treat it as a race track, Driving Too fast for a car park. Other than that shop clean and bright. More Gluten free choices please- being Coeliac is NOT a fad its a auto immune Disease.

    So from the carpark - tells you time you have for your 2 hours free parking. Amazing Big carpark - plenty of disabled parking and parking for parents. Store is large with good selection of clothes, plants and of course food and drink. Good layout of the store. Nothing needs updating or changing for me.

    Saintsbury supermarket is a well located grocery store near the city center in Loughborough. The supermarket operates both self service and cashier paying service hence payment delay does not usually occur. The goods on the shelves are stocked with reasonable price tags. Algos click and collect shop operates a space inside the store. The supermarket car pack is fairly spacious. The Saintsbury gas station is located beside the supermarket. Toilet facility is available for customers. The environment is neat.

    Staff are lovely. Products are a bit hit and miss as to what's in stock. SmartShop on phones only, no handsets and signal can often drop out

    Our second visit to the farm since summer. Raining this time and much colder. All animals and chickens on view. Bought bag of food suitable for some animals. No visitors when we visited. Animals seemed pleased to see us. Went here mainly to deliver relatives to restaurant at the farm and ended up going for snack at cafe, also at the farm. Then visited the farm and museum.

    Open on Sunday at 10.00am we walked through and did some shopping and paid at checkout, very friendly staff it was so nice to get some help there when we needed it, we were only in the area for a day but will go back when we are here again, 5 star
