We normally have no problems with this Indian, but unfortunately left tomatoes in a biriyani, which my mother is anaphylactic to, she ate some not knowing (since we asked specifically no tomatoes over and over again). Her throat closed up, requiring an epi pen. They also forgot part of our order, and the food was oily. I do not recommend coming to this Indian, especially if you have allergies.

Had both take away and dine in options from here now and the food has always been great. Today we dined in for the first time and the inside of the restaurant was clean and tidy, the staff very attentive and friendly. The food was good quality with great taste. Would highly recommend.

Took my family here and food was not like it used to be .Over cooked and microwaved, we bought a bottle of preseco which we had to open ourselves . Service was horrible wrong glasses given . The girl behind the bar was so moody made us feel unwelcome. The waiter kept getting our order wrong. I'm only being totally honest as a review. We had been before and it used to be lovely the young waiters were lovely to us. But our experience was horrible with a different front house service. Will never return .

Takeaway was fantastic. Food delicious and complementary Onion Bhajis. Very much appreciated. By far the nicest Indian in the area and better than the Wallingford options.

Beautiful restaurant. Food all gorgeous and staff very attentive and obliging. Excellent place to visit even though we live over 50 miles away. Wouldn't hesitate to pop over to taste their gorgeous food.

My wife only had water to drink here since they would only let her have Prosecco if she drank an entire full size bottle. Why would they not stock small bottles? We were cold and had to keep out coats on. The windows are boarded up. Therefore dining here is worse than at home. Better as a takeaway. We live in Cholsey.

Friendly staff and nice to see people coming and going. We found the food warmish not hot like other Indians we have been to.

I've been here many times, always reliable, one of the best Indian restaurants around. These comments still valid now. Visited last week after reopening and food and service as excellent as ever at very reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! Just ordered £37 worth of takeaway after being recommended this place. It arrived absolutely stone cold. Terrible taste and texture to the watery COLD food. My wife rang the restaurant with the response being “Hopefully next time it will be hot.” There won’t be a next time.
