Writing this in reference to what I just got served. The family munchy box was an absolute state and was very bland and for £17 is absolutely shocking. A munchy box in two food trays. Can't fault the shredded chilli beef.
Ordered, ready in 10-15mins to collect. Hot, quality and enjoyable. Will return.
Staff were lovely and portions were very generous. Very speedy service even on a weekend!
Food very disappointing. Have ordered for years but prawn toast burnt and chewy, lemon chicken just sweet and with pineapple? I added free prawn crackers but didn’t get them. My order was over written and I got the overcooked mini spring rolls!
Not one to usually gripe about food but this is now the 2nd time that I've had to phone and enquire about the whereabouts of my delivery ...if they're going to use Foodhub as their preference for online orders/ delivery then they could at least acknowledge their customers and the time that they honour for delivery...
Regularly go here and is consistent. Food tastes good and portions are good size. My only gripe is cash only. Its 2022, we use card for most of our purchases. Cash only is just another added inconvenience.
Tried this place again as the other one has changed ownership and is not good, to much sult and this place is the same. Me and my daughter had to drink two pints of water to take the thirst down. Not good.
I've been a fan of this takeaway for many years. They make good tasting food, delivery times are great also. So kick back order some lemon chicken and egg fried rice and stick on a movie.
I've had reasonably good food from here in the past, by (generally low aberdeenshire standards) but last order was simply very low grade slop that I'd feel bad about serving to cattle. Chicken was of jelly consistency and actually tasted bitter and pretty revolting, batter on the chicken balls soft and goey instead of crispy. Sauces are artificial gloop. Not cheap either so we were disappointed. On the plus side the service was very fast. Also avoid anything with batter as per my experience and other reviews on here. They just can't do batter. Probably OK if you're drunk or VERY hungry.
