The food is usually great from O Kitchen but the time frame and delivery is shocking. I assume it's one driver trying to get around. Will be my last time ordering as it's late again. The first time was their fault, but the second, I've only myself to blame. There won't be a third.
We ordered from here before and was really nice so tried again tonight and really wish we hadn’t. Ordered our food at 18:05 but didn’t arrive until 19:50. Almost 2hrs wait and the food was for the most part ok. The chips were very underdone and everything else was pretty average. Considering this was a Thursday night we were pretty disappointed in the delivery time and food quality. Thinking about our last order which was quick and tastier I would say this place has serious consistency issues leaving you in the land of luck if you get a good meal quickly or not.
This was amazing! I didn’t go eat in but got delivery, that’s why there is no atmosphere, the service is low due to the delay in delivery. But the chicken balls ARE AMAZING!!! and the noodle are also fantastic. Gotta say the food is soo good. ( we ordered way to much for 2 people but we ate most)
Food is tremendous, I moved house recently and I don't like my new closest Chinese restaurant. So I now go to here even though it's 2 miles away from me. Very friendly staff and great value for money (they really pack the food into the containers!) My two kids will tell me straight that they don't like some takeaways but this is their favourite Chinese food in Aberdeen.
What is going on with your prices?! Rediculous now..i will be definitely going elsewhere...be different if the quality and quantity matched....
Loved this place when it first opened however it went downhill; staff on desk were rude/sullen, orders often mixed up and food lacked authentic flavours. HOWEVER!!!!! I've recently returned and on both occasions everything was faultless; staff on desk = charming, orders = always right and ready on time and the meals = hot, fresh, full of veggies and the flavours are back; authentic and well-balanced. Hope it stays this way as I love their food ❤
Do not order from this place and especially do not order the honey chilli chicken! The food was probably the worst I have ever tasted and I will never be ordering from there again. Very disappointed. What a waste of money.
Shocking, I tried to explain through the door/window from a safe distance that I was profoundly deaf and unable to ring through an order and that there was no mobile number to text. A very rude man on the counter told me I wasn’t able to put in a takeaway order unless it was phoned through, shut the door and walked away while I was still trying to explain! Never come across such poor and shocking service. He needs a lesson in public relations and disability awareness. I will be telling anyone I know to avoid this place at all costs.
Very rude and unhelpful staff. Just nipped down from cove to order chips and spring rolls, went inside to be told I had to wait outside. Waited outside to then be told I couldn't place a order I had to call them. Despite not having my phone. Nipped to another place and had no problem ordering
