   Ordered online using their magickitchenaberdeen website. Food was supposed to arrive an hour ago. They are not answering their phone. Money has been taken out of my account and I have received nothing, and no one is even answering. Shocked that other customers have had the same experience. Will be going to them in person tomorrow to get my money back! Update - they called me two days later asking if I would still like the same order that day (and expected me to pay in full if so!). I said no. They said they would refund me but it is weeks later and nothing has appeared in my account. Their website is not updated and neither are the opening times on google reviews.

   Order here all the time I recommended to friends about the food however I ordered tonight and the aromatic duck was cold the magic box was cold and soggy . I called to complain and the boss was shouting at the girl on the phone I spoke to. Absolutely disgusted by the way he speaks to his staff Iland treats his customers . I'll never use again after tonight . Treat your staff with respect !!!!

   My usual Chinese takeaway order is Chicken Kung-Po / Kong-Po (or whichever other way it gets spelled!). I can honestly say that the Kong-Po from Magic Kitchen is the best that I've ever had! On my latest visit last week I was in and out within five minutes despite them being pretty busy.

   Went there for 1st time this evening.Girl serving was lovely and very helpful and patient a credit to the take away.The food was beautiful,I had shredded chilli beef and definitely the best I’ve ever had not to sweet.the chilli king prawns were very well cooked.Service was very quick for which I’m grateful.I shall most definitely be back.

   Shocking service, order place 17.50, delivery advised as 18.35, phoned magic kitchen at 19.00 to be advised it would be another hour ! Won’t be going there again Had to give 1 star or wouldn’t post however would have given no star

   Went in to order takeaway. I knew counter service was (unusually these days) cash only but thought I would order then walk the 100 or so yards to the cash machine. After taking my order the server asked if I would mind leaving something valuable such as a ring or a watch when I went for cash! Utterly bizarre and a request I declined. Even burger vans take cards these days. Been a customer a long time but won't be back. Also, specifically asked for no onions in one of the meals. She repeated this when reading out the order. Got home and there were onions.

   First time tonight we have tried here and will definitely be back Myself and my son had 1/3 duck which was so good. My partner loved his rice,chips, chicken balls and curry sauce. 5/5 for food and 5/5 for fast delivery (was earlier than it said it would be)
