   Came here for a 3 person birthday meal and this place is absolutely one of the best meals I've had in derby. Could not recommend enough, the staff are lovely. Service amazing , food absolutely spectacular. And Turkish tea on the house after . We'll worth a visit thank you all so much

   Just remember this is a dry restaurant (No Alcohol) Fantastic flavours easy to find and delicious food! On a whistle stop tour to Derby to enjoy a gig at the Valliant Live venue, the Istanbul restaurant was between our hotel and the venue and we love a good Turkish. Restaurant is located close to the centre just adjacent to one of the main entrances to the derbion centre. Parking close by so easy to park. Service is fast, kitchen is as you enter and a friendly team who took great care in preparation of the food. We had a mixed grill for one and also a chicken shish. Flavours are amazing and delicious quality food, rice was hot and fresh and salad crisp and with a great oil/vinaigrette dressing. Bread and sauces served as a complement starter, breads freshly made and so tasty. If your visiting Derby well worth trying if you like Turkish foods!

   Visited the restaurant for a mid week dinner and it was an enjoyable one. Was not very crowded, so the meals arrived pretty soon at the table. Ordered a few koftes, kebabs and calamari which were all delicious. The restaurant was very clean and staff were pleasant. While the food menu had a great selection the drinks menu was somewhat limited. Overall great experience.

   Absolutely amazing restaurant, amazing food and by far fair prices. The staff here are so accepting of all people. The staff that work here in my eyes are so accepting of all race's and cultures. Never experienced a time here as to where I haven’t left the restaurant with a full stomach and huge smile on my face. Would recommend this place to anybody.

   Absolutely loved this restaurant, the staff were outstanding and if you are looking for memories of visiting Turkey or absolutely love Turkish food definitely a place to go. Will definitely be going back. The menu on the pictures is the takeaway menu, yes they do takeaway to but gives you a idea of what food they do.

   Istanbul style BBQ lamb and chicken! Nice atmosphere here, good environment for celebrating birthday. Recommend jumbo platter for 1st time dining here. Tried fruit mocktail is quite disappointed. Staffs are welcome and helpful.

   Came out for a late dinner with the family last night. The restaurant as a whole has a great and inviting atmosphere. The waitress that serviced our table was friendly and really attentive. We ordered lahmacun, mixed grill, chicken iskender and drinks. It was really great value for money as we had quite a lot for a table of three. If you’re in the area then I suggest you come by, try out the platters and meat dishes!
