   After waiting over 35 minutes for 2 bowls of chips, without any apology we gave up. The place wasn't busy and I'm not surprised with the shocking service. Now over an hour later I am still waiting on my refund. How is it that these businesses seem it acceptable practice to take someone's money with no intention of providing the product or service. We will never be going here again, and from reading the reviews there's an awful lot of other people who will not be. Quick update on this appalling place, so that review was Saturday, now Monday and I am still waiting on my refund. Surely that is theft?

   Visited with a large group. We were told that we would have to sit on smaller tables and the food wouldn't be brought out together which wasn't a problem. Lots of choice on the menu and we all enjoyed our food. The staff were nice and friendly and the place had a good atmosphere and lovely views from the upstairs windows.

   Celebrated my 18th here. The location is great and so is the food. Staff wren friendly and welcoming. We were given a spacious, corner spot so that we could celebrate and take pictures without disturbing others (which was a great gesture). Despite being super busy the service was prompt. Definitely recommend it for parties, get togethers and scenic dinners!!

   Great food in a relaxing atmosphere. The staff and service are brilliant and they make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. Been here many times over the last few years and really enjoy walking round the marina where this restaurant is located as well. Nice to have places like this within a short drive.

   Lovely lovely lovely food, so nice to have brilliant food outside of the city centre. Sat by the marina watching the snow! , lovely setting and staff. Great food! I can't wait to go back !
