Reasonably priced food served in what can only be described as a tropical oasis (visited in summer), situated next to the canal between Stenson and Willington. Lovely aesthetics and dog friendly too.
Stumbled on this place on a walk along the canal from merrier marina. There was a snack bar, but a full Indian restaurant, what a surprise the place was clean and tidy, good range of drinks and Indian food available, we will be back.
Lovely food at this place, served hot and very flavourful! We visited on mother's day, calling in a bit late as we went out after work, the staff were very accommodating, and kept the kitchen open a bit later due to us coming. Absolutely wonderful service! The restaurant itself was spotless, plates and cutlery shining. Bit of an add on, they have bike nights on Thursdays!! Brilliant place to visit! Thank you so much guys!
Attended a meeting. Very friendly staff. Good quality Indian food. Prompt service. It's one of our favourite places. Menu is not exhaustive. They make them well what's on the menu. Popular with the locals. Good vegetarian and vegan options
Lovely food at a good price. The Madras was quoted as "the best I've ever tasted" from my friend, and he's a connoisseur of curry! Friendly and attentive service.
Lovely place for drinks but the food was bland and portions of the vegetarian curries were very small. The rice we got with the meal couldn't have been more than 200 grams and was not enough to sate anyones appetite.
Small menu, but done very well. Choice of curries and hot sizzling dishes. Fish pakoras were sublime, crunch batter with flaky fish. Selection of wines and beers to choose from. Even though not on the menu, I got two soft and crispy chappattis, delicious. Great parking facilities with a large outside sitting area next to the picturesque canal and great to have a pint and catch the sun. Can't fault it. Grab a paddle board and come visit or even catch the odd barge floating past.
Great food; great location and great staff. What more do you need? Excellent curry house.
