   Very good Indian restaurant, it was very busy when we were there, but the service was still good and our order came out quickly. They were even able to squeeze us in despite us not having a booking. Well worth considering if you fancy Indian food.

   I have had a variety of currys from here over the last couple of years (take away) and every single one has been fabulous. The tandoori salmon is some of the best fish I've ever had, anywhere! Fresh, flacky and packed full of flavour. It's an absolute must try. Rice, perfectly spiced. Onion bhaji and nans, fabulous! I had the lamb dupiaza this time. The lamb was tender, and the curry itself was packed full of papers and onions in a fabulous onion sauce, beautifully spiced and flavoured. The Spice lounge is a real must go to if you're in Derby and want a 5 star curry!

   This restaurant has become a family favourite venue, to celebrate the New Year, birthday meals out & general get togethers. They've catered for dietary requirements well.. Gluten & lactose intolerance. Table staff being well versed with the menu, but always willing to check with their chef.. To avoid any issues with our meals. I would highly recommend booking in advance, especially for larger groups. To avoid disappointment.. 5✨

   First visit for me. Great evening. I had the Spice Lounge Special Masala which was really nice and I would definitely have it again. The atmosphere was lively and the service was attentive without being intrusive. I will be going back. Recommend booking for late table on a Sat when we went as the place was pretty full.
