Gurkha Curry Lounge was exceptional! The food was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The service was outstanding—KC took great care of us and made the experience even better. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Highly recommend
I love love love this place! Came for a meal out with my bestie and the food was AMAZING!!! In fact, it was better than that. We had starters and mains and both courses were tasty, well presented and tasty (yes I said it twice because it was YUM!). Service was lovely too. Our server, a lady, was friendly and attentive. The restaurant was neat and tidy and clean from what I saw. All in all we had a lovely time. Would recommend!

If we could leave 6 stars, we would! This place was incredible. We called up and got a reservation for half an hour later. The restaurant is beautiful, simply stunning the decor was modern and welcoming. The service was spot on, friendly, and accommodating. When we placed our order, we wanted to make a few changes to our dishes, which your waiter serving us made no issue of at all. Our glasses were never empty, very attentive staff. They made our experience very enjoyable The food arrived quickly and was of the highest quality! The taste was sensational. The presentation of all the dishes was perfect, and the portion sizes were very large. Would highly recommend this place to everybody, and we will certainly be making a return visit. It was a gorgeous night out with the yummiest food.
Been there a few times now and never been disappointed. Exquisite food that makes your tastebuds dance with joy and saliva glands flow like Niagara Falls. Personally for me it’s the Lamb Shank dish, spicy but amazing. There’s an excellent verity of dishes to choose from which are beautifully presented. The service is always accompanied with a smile. The dining area is well lit, clean with refreshing white tableware, a cabin style seating area is also available. The price is reasonable. We visited on a Thursday at 6pm, come 8pm it was full. I would suggest booking a book a table. I highly recommend without any hesitation.
Very lovely place! Speedy and great service! The chef platter was fantastic, sad I couldn't finish it all up!! *Update lovely place to come back too, had the same meal and it was just as delightful and delicious! Service is to a very high standard!
This is my second visit to this superb restaurant. Very spacious seating arrangements with fresh linen tablecloth and napkins. There is a wide variety of food options available. All wonderfully prepared and presented. We tried a Gurka special, truly delicious. Reasonable priced drinks are available with a wide choice. The staff were friendly and attentive. We lingered a while finishing our drinks. Not rushed in any way. A visit to the toilet always an important area proved very positive. In a word immaculate warm and with every facility. Visit with a good appetite you will not be disappointed. Highly recommended.
Delicious food with a wide menu. 6 of us booked for a meal on a Friday night. Staff were warm and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Really fantastic selection which suited across a variety of preferences- from spicy to mild, meat to vegetarian. Staff were attentive but not overbearing. We did not feel rushed at all and had a lovely meal. Absolute must for a curry in Burton. There is parking just behind the restaurant so it's very convenient.
Can't fault this place! The food was amazing, with a great selection on the menu, and plenty vegetarian options. The service was fantastic, waiters were attentive throughout. The prices are great for the quality of food. Will definitely visit again when back in the area.
Absolutely fantastic. Delicious flavoursome food. Not just you're bog standard Curry's. Exemplary service and also reasonably priced. One of the best Nepalese restaurants I've been too.
