A very bubily atmosphere and Alina went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed even when there was a medical emergency going on. 100 stars if I could.
Since the menu has been updated the food has become even better! The staff are really attentive and helpful! Sometimes there is a long wait but if you’re in a larger group or in peak hours this is to be expected! Definitely recommend the taste of Mexico!
Delicious food and good service. The table and menus were all a bit sticky, and we were seated in a rather cramped (crowded) part of the restaurant, despite there being plenty of tables free on the other side of the restaurant. Other than that, the overall visit was good!
We had the absolute pleasure of being looked after by Tyler D during our visit to Las Iguanas, and he truly made our evening outstanding! From the moment we arrived, Tyler made us feel welcome with his warm and friendly attitude. He was not only incredibly polite and professional, but also went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly on the floor. The cocktails he created for us were absolutely beautiful – both in presentation and taste – you can really see the skill and care he puts into his craft. It’s rare to find someone who balances efficiency with such genuine friendliness, but Tyler managed it perfectly. He checked in with us regularly without ever being intrusive and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our evening. Tyler is a real credit to the team at Las Iguanas. His energy, professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction made a huge difference to our experience, and we’ll definitely be returning thanks to him. Thank you, Tyler, for making our Evening so memorable!
Great place for cocktails, food and service! Very good offers if you love Cocktails. Gets busy in the evenings as lots of people also going for drinks but dining in isn't a problem if you book in advance. P.s. I can't believe this place has a recent 1 star review due to the management not accepting a photo of someone's ID on their phone. You wouldn't get in a club with it so what makes you think you can go out drinking with it. Nice to see a responsible and well managed food/drinking establishment in Basingstoke!
Very nice place you may visit specially for bigger portion sizes when you need them for big group. Taste was amazing and prices are, as usual, affordable. Toilet was clean and the place was tidy. Waiters and staff were welcoming. I’d say go to these places more often as they are affordable and you leave well fed and why won’t you. Highly recommend this amazing friendly place. Service was spot on, both drinks and food were amazing but I must say. Service is what matters- the service that we got from all the staff including the manager was absolutely fantastic that my husband and I felt like royals. We will always be back so massive thanks team las iguanas basingstoke you people rock!
