   Tried to order online and the order was showing as pending and were not sure if the order had gone through. Walked to the store to check, told the order had not gone through. Out through the order for us and cost £7 more than before despite still collecting . Questioned why (despite the man serving having seen our attempts to order with pending card payments) and would not honour the same price. Was unhelpful, rude and charged us more for the exact same thing. We are returning customers but won’t be returning this time as the service was not good. Just to add , despite them reassuring us that our original order had not gone through, upon checking the bank account a few days later , we were actually charged twice for the meal after all.

   When we first got the menu through the door everything sounded amazing. However after the order was placed it took OVER 2 hours, even after calling multiple times when the food will arrive it took them 1 hour to actually start cooking the food. For reference we ordered a family platter for 4 people and an extra packet of chips. After we received the order we had discovered we were missing 2 out of the 4 chips and the salad size was more a garnish. The chips tasted good although the portion was small and chicken was fine and the lamb ribs had no meat although they tasted good. We then called about the missing chips the person on the phone was very rude and didn't believe we were missing food. Don't not recommend as delivery was wrong and food had small portions.

   decided on this place as a random date night, and in my opinion; it’s an even better nandos. we were served our food within 15 minutes of arrival, catered to all our needs and it was absolutely delicious. priced well for what you get, it was £13 for 1/4 chicken, 3 wings fried and a drink!! would recommend this !!

   Second time here,I had the smoking stack burger and it was amazing,again,the chips and his homemade dips where delicious,I highly recommend there burgers,they are similar to 5 guys,thanks dimitri and well done.

   We went to eat in, around 18:00 dead quite guy was very polite, but we didn't stay to order. There was an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke couldn't see who could be smoking though, my friend wasn't keen because of this so we left. Would be willing to try again though as other reviews are really positive

   Nice looking place liked the comfort of the seats As we didn't book and never visited before wasn't sure what to expect. Had no idea it didn't serve alcohol lol my friend was disappointed with this . We said let's go for a beer and lite bite of food . Ok just the food then. Found that the service was kinda slow I suppose it was a Sunday. But the young man who served us was very nice. No background music which made it seem even quieter in there. Had two starters chill bites n hallumi fries both good. The main course had chicken strips n rice . The chicken was a tad dry seemed over cooked .As was the rice . Slightly disappointed by this but the sauce was absolutely delicious. It didn't put me off going back maybe I'll try again another day. Ooh the hot towels at end of meal. Loved this! Nice touch.
