   Hot Wok was my go to Chinese takeaway for over 10 years..! Back in the day when calling to place an order, the chap who always answered was great, had a bit of banta, over time he even knew me by name, always threw in little extras and food was AMAZING... Now you can only order from website or food app.. Regardless the food that was always sooo good, recommended family n friends there and like me they continued to go there. As of the past few months all the food is very "watery" even the curry sauce is very bland. Clearly the food had been thinned down.. Very disappointed they have taken this approach. Ill not longer order from them and ill let family n friends know not to go there anymore.

   I found hot wok whilst I was at travel lodge. Hot wok staff are very good such lovely service great people once seen never forgotten by them the food is the best I've had in Bracknell so even though live out of area they are my go to place.

   Had take away. Very underwhelming even though order arrived quickly. Should have known just from the sight of sweet and sour which was radioactive blood colour not the pale orange you find in other Chinese places. We ate around half of sweet sour pork and chucked the rest in bin. As for the fried rice which was whiteish and not traditional darker brown colour but in flavour was OK. Chow mein also was slightly salty and again OK. The whole meal was just, very OK. First and last time sadly.

   The food took nearly an hour to arrive. It wasn't very hot and they used poor quality ingredients (very salty). I can say this is the worst food that I have paid for.

   This Chinese takeaway used to be best but nowadays don’t know what happen to them. Just today I order a takeaway and one of my order mix veg is not even a quarter full.Last time food was missing and have to ring them back.I guess I won’t order from them anymore.

   Ordered a crispy duck but when it turned up it was strips of moist duck which was odd. I was hungry so I ate it. Next day I was feeling really ill and then was being sick and bad stomach. Called the docs and did a stool sample which turned out to be food. I can’t confirm if it was due to what I ate but it’s a huge coincidence.

   Ordered a take away last night on the 28th September. The meal was awful ribs barley editable and the beef and black bean container wasn't even a quarter full ended up spending £20 tried to contact them but had no response. i rang up today to complain a women picked up and said there was nothing they "could do" which is awful customer service when they haven't delivered the product they are selling to the correct standard.. i will be waiting for management to reply back to my email as this is terrible service Pictures below...
