   Great Friday night food, arrived 20 minutes before expected, couldn't fault it. Ok 3 weeks later and I need to change that statement and star rating to * The food was not good, the chicken satay & beef curry was claggy, the crispy seaweed and prawn crackers were awful, the special chow mein was not so special. Sorry China Express, after spending the best part of £50 and most of it back in the containers it arrived in, will not be ordering from you again.

   Disgusting food. Ordered lots of dishes and it was greasy, salty and some bits where so overcooked it was uneadable. Prawn crackers where brown where they have been cooked in what I can only describe as dirty fryer. Don't waste your money! I called and complained and all I got was I tell chef. No apology or offer of food that could be edible. Will avoid this place from now on! Wouldn't even give 1☆

   I wouldn't feed my worst enemy with this fecal matter, this disgusting dog poop so revolting it would make goats puke, with the complicity of certain well-known food delivery giants. Every dish containing prawns wildly reeked of ammonia, a dead giveaway that the seafood was utterly spoiled. It was so bad that all the food went straight into the bin—I wasn’t about to gamble my health and spend the night battling food poisoning in hospital. Would anyone willingly eat spoiled food? The chop suey, albeit untouched like the rest, worth a mention of (dis)honour for its horrifying look and smell—a grotesque concoction of raw tomato chunks swimming in a watery mess, topped with an explosion of scattered soybean sprouts. Have a look at the pics If you reckon I'm going over the top.

   Disappointed with every dish I'm afraid. We are new to Bracknell so tried to his place and won't be returning. Delivery was over an hour the food was cold and super greasy on arrival. The 'crispy' dishes were bit crispy they were limp and chewy. Not pleasant at all. Shame as we rarely order take out.

   Absolute embaresment of a takeaway. They said 1hr waiting time. Took 2hrs and 5 mins to turn up. After waiting 1hr 15 mins we then spent 50 mins trying to call them and they has obviously taken there phones of the hook so couldn't even cancel meaning we stayed hungry instead of walking to the kebab van. When it finally arrived by a delivery guy that of course knows nothing and speak no English. Yeah right. Just can't be asked to deal with the problem. Anyway it arrived and the food was cold, tasted like absolute s**t and the strangest chicken balls I ever had. Chicken ball have always been a fav and I couldn't eat one from here. In all they don't even deserve 1 star they did not 1 thing right. Will never be back. End off. Good that they didn't bring the menu I also asked for, that would have gone straight in the bin.

   WARNING: ONLY ORDER IF YOU ARE HAPPY WITH HORRIBLE FOOD AT EXTORTIONATE PRICES My dreadful experience is no one's fault but my own as I failed to check the Google review. I ordered 2 dishes, 1 portion of Crispy Chilli Beef, which was NOT crispy and it felt it had been nuked in the microwave. And more importantly, there was only half a portion in the container. The photo shows what I was told was a full portion at £6. The second dish was a portion of Crispy Prawn Balls, which again were NOT crispy but actually tasted like they were a day old. I called the lady and explained my issue with my meal and instead of listening she proceeded to tell me how amazing the food was. Basically this place has no clue about customer service. My advice is to avoid this place and order something else from any other business than this. Lastly, there were alot of flies in the takeaway and I know it's Summer, but it does not like good that they cannot even make their establishment presentable. 2/10 - Quality of food 1/10 - Customer service 1/10 - Value for money VERDICT: AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

   I am not usually a Chinese food fan, but when my wife and son wanted a Chinese meal we googled for a local restaurant and couldn’t find one with great reviews, this place included. However, Facebook fans said differently and so we gave it a go. Well, what can I say? The food from this place is superb, the portions are large and tasty, the packaging thoughtful, little plastic bags around the containers, sellotape on sauce pots etc. The service is superb, they are always early, the staff polite and careful to fully check your order. As a result we have used this place many, many times, and the quality and service has not once been below 100%. The reluctant Chinese food orderer is now a convert. This place is superb, go on, treat yourself.

   I ordered a takeaway from here for a surprise treat for our wedding anniversary. Ordered online and paid in full including delivery. Food arrived late and driver charged another delivery charge! He even asked if a cabinet in our porch was available to take, which was fine. The food however was disgusting, two very small pieces of chicken in my very watery curry! My husbands meal was so bad he couldn’t eat it because the prawns weren’t cooked properly When I phoned and spoke to the manager, he was extremely rude and refused to refund my money. Told me it wasn’t his problem Never order from them
