   Have used this takeaway for over 25 years but recently noticed prices have risen but portions have got smaller. The lady on the desk gives the impression she doesn't want to be there.

   Don't get many takeaways, but when we do, have always loved the food at the Sueng Moon, Sandhurst.. However, the chef must have changed, as the food we had this time was incredibly bland and tasteless.

   I've been a customer for over 15 years. The previous lady was pleasant and knew what I was ordering never an issue. I've just been given the wrong order, when my wife phoned to let them know I was given the wrong order the lady just kept saying they had CCTV and we should come in and check the order in the morning. The issue wasn't the cost I told her on numerous occasions I don't care about the money I just want the right order. This fell on deaf ears, as a business owner this customer service was very poor, especially as. I wasn't asking for something for free . She just needed to say come in we'll get you the pain noodles straight away.

   Food was always decent but called tonight to order what the chef used to always do for us ‘salt and pepper chicken balls’ and was told by the person answer they haven’t ever done this and never would. She was the rudest person I’ve ever had on the phone and this is (or was) a loyal customer. Safe to say, i will never order from them again. And they lost a £50 order tonight too. Awful!

   Have been going here for about 7 years, used to be a great meal. On basis of last nights takeaway will never go back. Dry peking duck which was mostly like dry minced duck, stringy satay chicken, and far too much onion in all of the dishes to fill out portions. Egg fried rice, again very dry - spot the egg. Truly awful meal. The only positives are that it was prepared quickly and the prawn crackers were good

   This was a good chinese take away. Since the staff change it has gone down hill. Have tried it a couple of times since the front desk lady retired but after tonights attempt wont be going back. Food went in the bin.
