   We have been before. Booked online, arrived, not bothered whether we booked or not, so what's the point. Food is pretty good. However, on this occasion, it was 1 degree outside and the same inside the restaurant. Our hands were freezing during our visit and my wife had to put her coat on. The toilets were probably minus 5. Ok, it was a Thursday night at 6pm, so I didn't expect it to be busy and it wasn't. Just one other table. The restaurant was absolutely freezing and the atmosphere was non existent. I had to ask a member of staff to play some background music and that really didn't happen. So unfortunately we will not be going back. I'm not prepared to use my hard earned money for this service.

   Absolutely dreadful service! Booked a table for five for 1900 and was running late so called to let them know that we was running late. When we arrived our table had been given away as apparently I cancelled on the phone which I didn't, I called to let them know that we was running late. Had to stand around for half away till our table was ready and to be honest I wish we ate somewhere else because the the service was dreadful. The food portions was ridiculously small so we had to keep ordering ×3 of everything. The waitress was acting as if we was a nucence and kept huffing and puffing when walking away which my uncle was very offended by. They added a £1 for each and every single fish dish that is noted on the menu in the most smallest letters possible and we wasn't aware of this or even told about it till we questioned the bill . Again the waitress was very rude forsefully banging her finger on the small print of the menu! They also had service charge which again was on the menu in very small writing. The food itself was indeed very nice but the portions are ridiculous and the service was disgraceful.

   Used to be good then they changed hands. Not as good anymore. I had the meaty box. The noodles were dry and the crispy beef was slimy, soft and a bit tasteless. Also rather expensive at £30. There are better Chinese takeaways in Fleet. Only redeeming feature was the satay sauce was nice.

   I ordered the vegan box. You can only get vegan food if you spend £40 on a mixed box which is too much for one person. It was nice to have white people Chinese food for the first time in years but the rice tasted like microwave bag rice. If I could have ordered just the vegan chicken balls and salt and pepper vegan pieces separately id give a better review but I wasted some money by having to get a whole box which mostly went in the bin. It's important to get the rice right so star decucted for those two reasons

   I ate in this Saturday for the all you can eat and I was shocked. The squid was greasy and no flavour, the wonton soup tasted like dish water there was meant to be dumplings but instead 3 bits of soggy pastry knocking about on the top! and once I ordered the mains I had to send it back the chicken had a weird cheap smell to it and tasted like mush and reminded me of canned chicken. I’m sorry as I’m sure the owners are nice but that is just not up to standards compared to even a Chinese up the road. The yellow bean in cashew yellow sauce was red and looked strange and really put me off had one bite and couldn’t eat it They knocked a tiny bit of money off the bill but I wish I didn’t have to pay it was just shocking especially for food in 2023. Decor is outdated and there was no ambience.
