Unfortunately unable to cope during high demand periods causing quite a wait. At this price point some portions were much smaller than expected but of reasonable quality. Would benefit from a delivery option taking advantage of the Uber eats or deliveroo whilst adding staff for the increase in demand.
The Chow mein was dry & tasteless, the chicken balls were doughy & ousting grease & the sweet & sour sauce was so bitter we couldn’t eat it. We wasted £24 & we will not be returning!
Made an order, when i got it home it was missing the rice. All my phone calls are recorded so I checked my app to listen back just to make sure I did order it, I did. When I phoned to say it was missing they repeatedly told me I didn't order, even though I told them I have the call clearly showing I did. Food is nice, service is questionable!
Was staying in Warsash and fancied a Chinese. By far the worst Chinese I've had. Don't be fooled by the 4.3 stars ✨️ when I looked up on sat Nav. Maybe the chef was hungover but wasn't good at all . I'm a fatty and even I throw it away
Used to do really nice food, but they are closed all the time now…. Last two times I’ve called there’s just an answerphone message…. Might have to look for a new Chinese
Our go to Chinese shut down and we found the new lucky house. Food is lovely and generous with the portions so you definitely get your money's worth! Staff are friendly too and never had too long to wait for the food.
First time customer. Ordered Sweet & Sour Chicken Hong Kong style. Received a bag of dry battered chicken and a tub of sweet & sour sauce! No pineapples, no onions, nothing. Chilli shredded beef was in a sweet and sour sauce for some reason and was soggy and revolting. Prawn toast, don’t know what they did to it but also horrible, couldn’t taste prawn. Chicken chow mein dry and tasteless. Sweet and sour sauce far too thick and tasted weird. Literally all we could eat was the chips. Won’t be ordering from here again.
Worst chinese I have ever had all of it was gloop too much cornflour and no flavour won't go there again even 1 star is too many
Very nice food with never much of a wait after ordering. Hasn't got quite as big a menu as some other places but I see that as a plus as what they do cook, they're able to concentrate on and cook well.
