We got an Uber delivery so I can't comment on the service or atmosphere but this goes way above and beyond regular Chinese takeaway. We got Peking Duck, Gyoza, Ribs, Duck Chop suey and special fried rice and even the prawn toast was unbelievable good. Utter perfection.

Bought on Uber Eats, came 50 or so minutes later, the chicken burger was soggy, the chicken was chewy and bland, the chips were tasteless and soggy, or really dry. The chicken in the curry was chewy and very disgusting, i felt quite nauseous following eating the bits i could, the rice was fine but the prawn crackers were unbelievably bland. I wouldn't recommend and im not interested in ordering again!!

The curry that I had i realised half way through was pink! I now have food poisoning. I am currently on day 3 of being extremely unwell! I ordered through deliveroo. I would strongly recommend not ordering the curry!

I have ordered from this place for over 5 years we have considered it the best Chinese until recently. But we kept thinking it’s a one off until last night I have never ever had such bad food delivered the standard has definitely dropped the food was rock hard it was inedible. I do t understand how you can serve such food . I called up and they offered to send the two dishes that were the worst ( every thing was bad) that came over 1 hour later. Sorry but you have lost another customer.

Ordered today and it’s nearly been 3 hours since we ordered our food. My partner rung up and all we got was “it’s with the driver it’ll be 10 minutes” it’s been 20 minutes since he phoned up. Not happy at all, very very poor delivery service.

Food is hit and miss had before covid and it was great. Ordered yesterday and it was awfull really raw onion. Noodles were bland no taste And smoked chicken was overdone dident eat it. Took 1.5 hours to get To me. Was not hot by that time.

Food is fine but the service is absolutely dreadful. On more than one occasion we have waited above and beyond for our food to arrive and when it does, its lukewarm at best. Communication from their front of house team is very obviously pulled out of thin air with no guidance whatsoever. I genuinely don't know why we use this place.

Just had a shocking experience. Our food turned up very late, cold, inedible and dry. The chicken wasn’t worth touching because we didn’t want to get ill, it was really dodgy. We ordered curry sauce and they gave us something different instead - you can’t just replace things in the order that we’ve paid for, it’s a waste of our money. Terrible service. Complained and asked for a refund and was offered ONE free item next time. They think we’re going to go there again, really? We’re not. We usually order from there once a week but after 2 bad experiences, never again. That’s £22 we’ll never see again and an evening without dinner. Avoid!!!!!
