   Flavoursome, authentic tapas, delicious cocktails and a warm welcome from manager Becky and our brilliant server Dylan who was very attentive - would come again just for the service alone! Huge impressive venue too, 4 stars instead of 5 for atmosphere, only because it was Christmas Eve so it’s very quite but the friendly staff made up for it!

   First of all, service lady was rude to other people in my table. Second, food was the lowest of low. No attention was paid to taste, presentation and even temperature of food served. My friend pre ordered gluten free diet and was served BREAD with soup which came 20 minutes after everyone else on the table has finished eating. This was how my food was served on the table! (Photo below) Dried and overcooked salmon with bones galore. Rice was cold, hard and clumpy. Veggie was cold. To top all this, server was rude. We did not have the energy to complain to the manager that night as we did not want to ruin the mood of everyone else in the group. It was such a pathetic and severely disappointing experience and would not ever want to visit this place again for food. The only good thing was the drinks. Only go to this place for the atmosphere and nothing else. To the manager: people pay good money to come to your place. Please make the effort to at least make it worthwhile.

   We were gifted a cocktail and tapas food experience here, it was a proper faff to book, although it wasnt Revs de Cuba's fault at all, but we got there in the end. The food, cocktails and the server (Christie?) were all great. We had a zombie and a blue lagoon and for food: Albondigas, Spiced Black Beans, Patatas Bravas, Tortillas and Cajun Creamed Mushrooms. To be honest I wasnt expecting a lot but we enjoyed it all, and we were'nt rushed. Another one to try again

   Amazed to step into this building! Checked the history, it is opened on Monday 22 August, 1825!!!! 200 years ago!!!! The ceiling & arch window still exactly the same as the drawing from 1839 by Samuel Rayner. The drawing is now held in the Derby Museum and Art Gallery. What a miracle to have the chance to share the space with people from 200 years ago!

   A surprisingly large and trendy venue. Large range of drinks but be aware the focus is on cocktails. Reasonably priced food with good service. Prices are what you would expect from a popular place such as this. Mainly aimed at the younger crowd at the weekend, but all are made welcome. Worth a visit. M

   We went here for the 1st time last night for our date night and we weren't disappointed. When we went in, there was live music and a great ambiance. We asked for a quieter table and our waitress showed us to a roped off area just off the main seating area. As this was Friday night most of the tables were taken so we were lucky that we booked. As a side not staff are really friendly and helpful. Thank you to our waitress Indra. Now about the food, we chose to have nachos for starter and tapas food and both arrived quickly. Menu had a good range of meat and vegetarian dishes and all arrived at the table steaming hot. Highly recommend the nacho sharer with the beef. From tapas our favourites were calamari, lambondingas and cajun cream mushrooms. We arrived just before 7pm and were lucky to order cocktails from the happy hour (3-7pm) menu. Definitely place to visit if you are a foodie and like to have more flavour in your life.

   Really great environment with lots of rum drinks (which I'll get to in a moment). The nachos were amazing! I live in Mexico and honestly I want more of the nachos from Revolución. The spicing of the beef was perfect. The staff knew a lot about rum and were trained well! My only problem is that the company made some absurd decision to stop selling as much rum and shift over to more of a whisky place. That doesn't make sense. Latin America is all about rum and there's a demand. I went there because I was recommended the place as a rum bar. They had some great rums still but stopped stocking the fancy stuff which I wanted to try. Either way, the place was very enjoyable and the size was shocking on entry. I was not expecting it to be as big as it was. There are multiple sitting areas. There's the large public one, there's the VIP bar area and there is a good sized relaxed area upstairs. There could even be more that I'm missing. I'm definitely glad I went and would go back again! I just hope they stock more rums for a rum themed bar!

   Food was excellent cocktails were absolutely lovely... it was my Father-in-Law 50th the staff were phenomenal they accommodated us all so well they whent above and beyond with the birthday cake I brought just extremely helpful friendly and very professional and also knowledgeable about the food and cocktails was just a very pleasant experience
