   This was an authentic Japanese experience — from the sushi to the miso soup, mochi, and tea (I tried both the tea of the month and jasmine tea). All the futomaki was exceptional, especially the crab tempura roll and the futomaki special — fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Our waiter, David, was extremely helpful and insightful, giving great explanations about the dishes. It was my birthday, and I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary mochi — such a thoughtful gesture! I learned the weekend menu has even more options, so I’ll definitely be coming back. Overall, a fantastic experience — highly recommended!

   Such incredible sushi! Cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough, the execution is on point, everything was handmade and so fresh. They have great vegan options, some of which aren’t on the menu so be sure to ask! Extremely reasonably priced for such high quality sushi. This is the best sushi I’ve had even having been to Japan!

   Incredible place and service. Highly recommended! Sushi was unbelievable and chef prepared each piece with care. Recommend the pickled bowl, which had a pickled pumpkin that was delicious, unsure exactly of the name but would love to know!

   Outstanding Sushi Experience! We had an amazing dinner at this sushi restaurant last night. Every dish was prepared to the highest standard, with top-quality ingredients that really made each bite special. The service was professional, attentive, and friendly throughout the evening. You can tell that a lot of care goes into both the food and the overall experience. We truly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be coming again soon

   We chose Art Sushi for our anniversary and we're so glad we did. There were some things on the menu we had never tried before and some we like from being avid sushi lovers. Everything thrilled, nothing disappointed. Everything, including the helpful staff was 5*. Only thing for us... lights were too bright, but we were being romantic and they didn't know that, so totally not their fault.

   Beautiful food. We sat at the bar and were able to watch chef artistically create our food, an absolute must if you visit! Everything we tried tasted so unbelievably fresh and the flavours coming through in each bite were heaven. From walking in the door, and throughout our visit the staff could not have been more attentive. Thank you for a truly wonderful experience and we look forward to coming back.

   I can say without a doubt that this is one of the best sushi restaurants i have ever eaten in. Very knowledgeable sushi chef and very friendly staff! They always make me feel comfortable by giving me special treatment for my nut allergy. A fixed stop every time I am around Bournemouth. I would highly recommend! Hope to come back soon!

   Perfect Sushi! Great selection of vegan food available and so lovely in accommodating a gluten allergy! Very fun experience being able to see your incredibly fresh food prepared infront of you! Lovely servers who were very aware of allergies! One small detail I noticed was how incredibly clean the glasses were, in fact, everything was incredibly clean! Brilliant atmosphere and music was a great volume. Clearly a LOT of care has gone into making this venue perfect.

   Art Sushi was simply amazing and a great option for an anniversary dinner. High quality, fresh ingredients with such a warm, welcoming atmosphere and lovely staff. Seeing your food professionally made for you in the center of the restaurant is mesmerising and it tastes as good as it looks. The head chef seems exceptionally proud of what he has created, and so he should be! Vegan options are wide and tasty, for those who don't like fish (like me) and vegans (of course). The place looks like it'd be through the roof prices of somewhere in California, but they're actually very reasonable! A meal for two with various dishes, sushi and lots of different drinks (try one of their teas!) set us back only £56. Can't wait to come back!
