   I am extremely disappointed with my order. The food arrived in a completely destroyed, soaking wet, leaking paper bag (see photo). The bottom of the bag had literally disintegrated, the food fell out onto the floor, sauces were everywhere, and the entire order was a mess. This is not a “small issue” – the order was not edible, not safe, and clearly handled with zero care. We tried raising the issue with Deliveroo, and the only answer we got was that the problem was “not enough” to refund us. Honestly, this is shocking. We paid full price for a meal that arrived completely ruined and unusable. A restaurant should never send out food in a bag that is already wet and falling apart, and Deliveroo should not ignore customers when the evidence is right there. This experience was a total waste of money, time, and patience. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again, and I strongly advise others to avoid it until they fix their packaging and quality control.

   I came here with my boyfriend, we were seated quickly. It was quite busy and loud for the Tuesday, and we were seated next to a group of other people. However, one of the waitresses Em took our order and asked us if we wanted to move to a quieter table this was very attentive and kind and made the experience 100x better! Food was amazing as always, thank you Em!

   This was our first visit to Wagamama, and after six days in Bournemouth and trying many other restaurants, it was by far the best. We ordered two ramens, gyozas, buns, chicken katsu curry, and drinks — everything was absolutely delicious. The service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was great. We’ll definitely be coming back!

   Dan the man was an absolute star and recommended some brilliant options for our first time at Wagamamas - thanks Dan. Food was really tasty with great vegetarian options. - had already eaten two of the dumplins when I took the picture. Liked the scan to pay option. Fantastic, would definitely recommend

   Seated quickly, friendly staff, order, food was quick to arrive and scan bar code to pay with table number, no waiting round to call the server to settle up and receipt is emailed to you.. Easy and efficient! No issues for a branch of a good chain.
